摘要
本设计是对2JK-2.5×1.5型单绳双筒缠绕式提升机进行总体参数和结构设计,学习提升机的基本工作原理和结构组成,根据实际情况选择确定额定载荷、额定转速、钢丝绳最大静张力、最大静张力差,选择合适的钢丝绳直径等,从而设计出一台是用于该具体情况的提升机设备。其主要受载零部件为主轴及卷筒,主要任务是对主轴和卷筒进行选型计算和受力分析,并研究其受载情况是否满足要求。通过Pro/E建立主轴和卷筒三维实体模型,并将模型文件导入有限元分析软件Ansys中,使用Ansys对模型进行网络划分,为简化起见,主轴仅按照以下几种工况进行计算:
(一)游动卷筒提升开始;
(二)游动卷筒缠满一层;
(三)游动卷筒提升终了;
(四)固定卷筒提升开始;
(五)固定卷筒缠满一层;
(六)固定卷筒提升终了。
依照以上六种工况计算得到的数据,对提升机主轴进行加载,计算其强度和刚度,找出危险截面,得出结论,从而为设计产品时提供可靠的依据,以设计出更好的产品。整个分析过程包括建立模型、划分网格、施加外部约束、加载计算以及结果分析等几部分。
另外与本设计配套的还有四张图纸。

ABSTRACT
The article disturbs structure and parameter design of mine hoist machine,which type is 2JK-2.5×1.5.Learning the basic working principle and the of the hoist maximum static rope tension,the biggest difference of static tension.Choose a suitable diameter,such as wire rope.To design a case for upgrading the equipment.Set by its main components for the spindle and the reel.The main task is selection of the spindle and the reel for the calculation and stress analysis.And to study their situation meets the requirements set.Through the use of Pro/E to establish the spindle and the real of three-dimensional solid model.The model file into Ansys finite element analysis software,using Ansys mesh the model.To simplify the reasons,the main axis only in accordance with the following conditions are calculated:
(1)swimming to enhance the beginning of reel;
(2)Swimming over a layer of drum;
(3)Swimming to enhance the end of reel;
(4)Fixed reel started to upgrade;
(5)Fixed over a layer of drum;
(6)To enhance the end of the fixed drum.
Six working condition in accordance with the above calculated data,the main axis of the hoist for loading,to calculate their strength and stiffness to identify the risk of cross-section,concluded that the design of products so as to provide a reliable basis for the design of better products.The whole analytical process including the establishment of models,divided into meshes external constraints and pressures imposed on the imposed on the calculation and analysis of several parts.
In addition,there are four pieces of drawing about the design.
