摘要
塑料在工业快速发展,提出了质量好,加工精度高,开发周期短等注塑模具的设计和生产的要求越来越高,能够适应这种需求已成为模具制造企业发展的关键因素。
本次设计的是文件收纳盒的注塑模具。文件收纳盒属于日常生活用品,所用材料是当前应用较为广泛的材料PP。在设计中,分析塑件的工艺性。模具结构可采用一模一腔,大浇口进料,注射机采用HTF360X2A型号,设置冷却系统。包括零部件设计成型,浇注系统设计,脱模机构的设计等。并且着重介绍了注射加工方法、模具的结构。设计出一套塑料注塑模具,并对模具以及主要零件进行了图纸绘图。
此次设计的过程中查阅了大量的模具设计资料,通过文件收纳盒塑料模具的设计与应用,实现了文件收纳盒制作工艺上的突破,同原有的设计方法相比,模具的应用不但提高了生产效率而且提升了产品的质量,模具整体设计的思路和要求符合现代设计潮流和未来的发展方向

Abstract
With the rapid development of plastics industry, the design and production requirements of injection moulds, such as good quality, high processing accuracy and short development cycle, are becoming higher and higher. It has become a key factor for the development of mould manufacturing enterprises to adapt to this demand.
This design is the injection mould of the document receiving box. Document receiving box belongs to daily necessities, and the material used is PP,which iswidely used at present. In the design, the technological properties of plastic parts are analyzed. The mold structure can adopt one mold, one cavity, large gate feed, the injection machine adopts HTF360X2A model, and the cooling system is set. Including parts design and shaping, gating system design, demoulding mechanism design, etc. The injection processing method and the structure of the mould are emphatically introduced. A set of plastic injection mouldswas designed, and the drawings of the moulds and the main partswere drawn.
In the process of this design,we consulted a large number of die design materials. Through the design and application of the plastic die for the document receiving box,we realized a breakthrough in the manufacturing process of the document receiving box. Comparedwith the original design method, the application of the die not only improves the production efficiency but also improves the quality of the product. The ideas and requirements of the overall design of the die conform to the modern design trend and the future. development direction
