摘要
核桃是经济价值很高的油料作物,市场上需求量大,售价高,经济收益好。本文针对的核桃种植面积大,收获和处理机械化程度低的实际现状,从核桃青皮、硬壳的物料学特性作为研究的切入点,开展核桃的脱青皮原理与脱青皮装置的技术研究,研制出机械化脱青皮的机械。
本文通过阅览已有核桃去皮机文献提出本次设计方案,该方案设计的机器目标为:生产率600kg/h,去青皮效率。该设计的核桃去皮机主要有电动机、张紧轮、主轴、进料口、去皮滚筒上盖、粗洗滚筒、喷淋水管、精洗滚筒、出料口、机架、排污口、去皮滚筒下盖等部件,通过对上述各主要部件进行详细的设计与校核,使用UG-NX10.0进行建模、装配、运动仿真。该核桃去青皮原理为:
(1)去杂:通过研究青皮核桃的物理性能特点,确定了圆筒式青皮分离筛网栅条之间的间隙为10mm,实现杂物、青皮等与硬壳核桃的有效分离;
(2)送料:青皮核桃由设计斜置角度为的去皮拨料板及具有一定螺旋线性的滚筒同时作用下,绕主轴旋转的同时向前进给;
(3)去青皮:青皮核桃在进给力作用下依次通过刀片去切削核桃青皮,钢丝刷的摩擦、揉搓来去掉部分未由刀片切削掉的青皮,同时喷洒水管不断滴水由毛刷清洗硬壳核桃表面的粉末,一系列的协助作业,有效的实现青皮核桃的去皮。
由于客观条件的原因,未能对本次设计的核桃去青皮机构进行实物测验,但是本文的研究对今后各类核桃的去皮和去壳的设计与改进都有很好的参考价值。

ABSTRACT
Walnut is one of the oil crops with high economic values,which can be seen in its high demand, price and economic benefits. Given the vast planting area and lower mechanization in the harvesting and processing in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region , the author takes the material characteristics of the walnut green husk and hard shell as the breakthrough point , and carries out the technical study on the principle of green husk peeling and its relevant device, so as to develop a mechanical peeling machine.
After reading documents on the walnut peeling machine, the author puts forward the design proposal, aiming at achieving its productivity of 600kg/h and walnut green husk peeling efficiency over 95%. Such mechanical peeling machine mainly involves components as motor, tensioner pulley spindle, feed port, cover the leather roller, coarse washing drum, spray pipe, fine cleaning roller, outlet, frame sewage outfall, peeling drum lower cover. After the detailed design and check of these main components, UG-NX 10.0 is finally applied to modeling, assembling and the motion simulation. The principle of walnut green husk peeling is as follows:
(1)Removal of the debris: after the study of the physical performance of walnut with green husk, the separation gap between cylindrical green separation screen grid is set as 10mm, to realize the effective separation of debris, green husks and hard shells.
(2)Feeding roller: with the simultaneous action of the stripper plate with the oblique angle of 5% and a spiral linear roller , walnuts with green husk rotate around the shaft to move forward;
(3)Green husk peeling: with feeding force, blade does the job of peeling , friction and rub of wire brush removing the peels not cut off by the spiral blade, powders on the hard surface of walnut cleaned by the brush with the help of dripping water from the spraying water pipe. All these assist work contributes to the effective walnut green husk peeling together.
Due to objective conditions, physical test on the designed walnut peeling mechanism can not be done , but the research provides good reference value on the design and improvement of walnut peeling and shelling.

1.1课题研究意义
1.1.1核桃及其概况
核桃,又称胡桃,羌桃,与扁桃、腰果、榛子并称为世界着名的“四大干果”。核桃的栽培历史悠久是最早种植核桃的地区之一。考古工作者,在巴楚县脱库孜沙来北朝时期古址和吐鲁番县阿斯塔那唐朝古墓中都发掘出核桃等物,说明早在1300~1500年前,就已经有核桃栽培了。核桃在我国地区多被誉为“万岁子”、“长寿果”。按照植物学分类,核桃是属胡桃科胡桃属植物,果实呈圆形或者椭圆形,外层青皮苦涩,主要吃其果仁,核桃仁细腻质感,常被老百姓称之“肉”,是我区最重视的干果之一。
的气候干旱少雨,日夜温差大,日照时间长,核桃中含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪,性味甘,温。核桃的种类也不同,国内核桃的种类主要有四大类:秋子核桃、麻核桃、铁核桃、棉核桃,核桃分为以下几类纸皮核桃,薄壳核桃,露皮核桃,新温179号等。核桃的栽培地域十分广泛,从南疆的于田到北疆的博乐,自西端的塔什库尔干到东部的哈密,主要分布在阿克苏、喀什、和田地区。
