摘要
这次设计的课题对一个指定的塑料零件进行热塑成型工艺分析并完成成型制造的模具结构设计。本次所选塑件属于机壳类型的塑胶制品零件,本次所设计的是一款四孔螺盖塑件,需要四孔螺盖的外侧拥有非常漂亮的上表面有很高的外观表面要求,因为是跟食品相关联的制品,这次考虑用环保级别材料作为这次制品用的。在指定技术要求后,完成分型面、型腔等主要方案的敲定。而由于零件具有安装配合要求,在通过充分考虑模具尺寸大小与生产效益等多方面因素后,最终以填充简易为主要因素拟定采用一模两腔的型腔分布,在浇注方面采用单只分型面的点浇口侧边充料方式进行成型进料点。在模具设计前需要通对塑料件的材料选择以及成型工艺进行分析和注塑成型机的确定,所以本次模具设计选择了比较合适的注塑成型机并对注塑机多个重要参数进行了校核与计算。并对塑料模的塑件分模面进行选择设计。经过多种数据的比较与分析等,从而综合各种因素选择一个最合理的方案。
并将模具所有零件及装配图绘制成UG与CAD电子图档,通过计算机辅助设计软件UG图的绘画,并对塑件的各机构及模架进行了设计绘画,并绘制转化二维CAD装配图及主要的零件图。然后对模具的各种重要的参数进行了一系统的设计与校核,从而完成整个设计。

Abstract
The project of this graduation project is to analyze the thermoforming process of a designated plastic part and complete the mold structure design of the molding and manufacturing. This time, the selected plastic parts belong to the shell type of plastic products. This time, the design is a four hole screw cover plastic part. The outside of the four hole screw cover is required to have a very beautiful upper surface with high surface requirements. Because it is a product related to food, this time, it is considered to use environmental protection grade materials as this product. After the technical requirements are specified, the main schemes such as parting surface and cavity are finalized. After the first mock exam is taken to consider the factors such as the size and the production efficiency, the final mold is mainly made up of two cavity. The casting point is used for the gating side filling method. Before the mold design, it is necessary to analyze the material selection and molding process of plastic parts and determine the injection molding machine. Therefore, this mold design selects a more suitable injection molding machine and checks and calculates several important parameters of the injection molding machine. The parting surface of the plastic mold is selected and designed. Through the comparison and analysis of many kinds of data, we can choose the most reasonable scheme by integrating various factors.
All the parts and assembly drawings of the mold are drawn into UG and CAD electronic files. The drawing of UG drawing is done by CAD software. The design drawing of the mechanism and mold base of the plastic part is made, and the two-dimensional CAD assembly drawing and the main part drawing are drawn. Then, the important parameters of the die are designed and checked in a systematic way to complete the whole design.
