立式钻镗组合机床动力头液压传动机构设计
摘要:钻镗组合机床是机械、电气、液压等紧密联系组合成的综合体。本次设计主要针对立式钻镗组合机床液压动力头传动机构工作原理分析与设计。由于动力头采用液压驱动,设计将对动力头的主运动、进给运动、控制系统以及机械结构特点等进行分析,对动力头的主要参数和液压系统各部分元件参数将做设计计算,并将对于动力头结构与工作原理做具体的学习和论述。通过查阅关于组合机床动力头液压传动系统的资料,对现代组合机床液压系统类型、工作特点作了充分了解,并对其结构、工作原理等进行系统性分析,结合设计要求及所了解的专业知识进行逐步的设计。设计过程中,对各个步骤实现有序进行,利用相关手册完成精细计算,通过老师的指导实现设计的完成。此次设计的完成,立式钻镗组合机床的理论设计得到实践,对现代组合机床的进一步发展提供理论基础。

Vertical Drilling and Boring Modular Machine Tool Power Head Hydraulic Transmission Mechanism Design
Abstract: Drill boring modular machine tool is closely linked to the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, complex. This design mainly for vertical drilling boring modular machine tool hydraulic power transmission mechanism principle analysis and design. Because of the power head adopts hydraulic drive, the design will be the main movement of power head, feed movement, control system and mechanical structure characteristics were analyzed, and the head of the main parameters and all parts of the hydraulic system components will do design calculation, and to the structure and working principle of the power head will do detailed study and discuss. Through access to information about power head hydraulic transmission system of modular machine tool, the combination of modern machine tool hydraulic system types, job characteristics are fully understand, and its structure, working principle, systematic analysis, combined with the design requirements and know the professional knowledge of the design of the step by step. Design process, for each step to realize orderly, using relevant manual completed detailed calculation, the completion of design was achieved by the guidance of the teacher. The completion of the design, the vertical auger boring modular machine tool design theory and practice, to provide theoretical basis for further development of the modern combination machine tools.
