本文所设计的土豆切片机是一种体积比较小、结构比较简单,适用于家庭、餐厅、小作坊的小型农产品切片机。本切片机具有很高的效率,不仅可以对土豆切片或者切丝,还可以用来对红薯进行切片。本设计的设计原理简单,利用用电动机提供动力,带轮传动,经过变速装置后,输出轴的末端连接旋转刀盘,旋转刀盘上固定有对称安装的两把刀具,放在盛料箱里面的土豆在推进装置的推进作用下,向旋转刀盘运动,土豆被切成片后从卸料箱流出。该方案结构简单,使用方便,减轻了很多人力。

Abstract
Potatoes are one of the main crops. You need to slice the potatoes and shred when eating. There are many different types on the marke.t. However this slicer is more applicable to enterprises and workshops. It is not appropriate to household. Paper presents a family by automatic slicing machine, the machine is propelled by the cutter parts, potatoes and clamping part and adjust the thickness of potato chip device that consists of three parts.The design of my potato slicing machine is a smaller size and the structure is more simple than others. Potato slicing machine is fit for the family restaurant, small workshops. It can be respectively on potato, sweet potato to work. The design principle of the design is very simple, is to use the motor, belt pulley, after a transmission device, the end of the output shaft of the connecting rotating cutter, knife rotating disc is fixed symmetrically installed two knives, put in full box of potatoes in the propulsion system of promotion by, to the rotating knife disc movement, potatoes cut into slices, the outflow discharge box from the material. This scheme has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, reduce a lot of manpower.

1.1课题来源及意义
设计课题来源于农业生产。土豆等薯类作物在我国分布很广,有二十多个省、种植,是我国主要粮食作物之一,马铃薯还是一种很好的蔬菜作物。我国薯类作物种植面积1.4亿亩左右,总产量达2 ~ 3千万吨,是世界上产薯最多的国家。
马铃薯块茎含有大量的淀粉。淀粉是食用马铃薯的主要能量来源。一般早熟种马铃薯含有11%~14%的淀粉,中晚熟种含有14%~20%的淀粉,高淀粉品种的块茎可达25%以上。块茎还含有葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖等。此外,马铃薯蛋白质营养价值高。马铃薯块茎含有2%左右的蛋白质,薯干中蛋白质含量为8%~9%。其品质相当于鸡蛋的蛋白质,容易消化、吸收,优于其他作物的蛋白质。而且马铃薯的蛋白质含有18种氨基酸,包括人体不能合成的各种必需氨基酸。
