摘要
机械制造技术设计,是以切削理论为基础,制造工艺为主线,兼顾工艺装备知识的机械制造技术基本涉机能力培养的实践课程;是综合运用机械制造技术的基本知识,基本理论和基本技能,分析和解决实际工程问题的一个重要教学环节;是对学生运用掌握的“机械制造”技术基础
知识及相关知识的一次全面的应用训练。
后罗拉过桥摇臂钻、攻Φ47H8孔端面的3-M6螺纹的专用夹具设计,本套设计是由套筒与Φ47H8孔相配合,共限制五个自由度,另外一个旋转的自由度则是由一个圆柱来限制,这样工件就实现了完全定位,工件的夹紧则是由螺栓、螺母与快换垫圈等相配合来实现的,当松动螺母后,即可取下快换垫圈,然后取下钻模板,进而可以取下工件,这样操作简单,生产效率也高,工件的导向部分则是由快换钻套、钻套用衬套,钻模板及钻套螺钉等几部分组成。由于能力有限,设计尚有许多不足之处,恳请各位老师给予批评指正。

1.1零件的分析
1.1.1零件的作用
由于零件是机械零件中的后罗拦过桥摇臂,13.5X25的孔用来装配摇臂轴,轴的两端各安装一进气、排气的气问摇臂。Φ78的孔内装一个减压轴,用于降低汽缸内压力,便于启动柴油机。
