摘要
随着农机行业的不断的进步和发展,大型农机械不断的被应用到现实生活中,水稻、玉米等高杆植物是我国的最主要的种植作物,这些最主要的种植作物总会遇到一些病虫害,这些病虫害一直困扰着这些作物,影响他们的生长,这就需要施药机来解决这个问题,而此时高地隙施药机应运而生。
病虫害长期困扰我国农作物的生产,在作物生产期间就需要高地隙施药机来进行病虫害防治工作,现实生活中大多数的作物施药机底盘比较低,对于一般的矮小植被可以进行施药,但是对于玉米和水稻等较高植物就不能进行施药工作,因为高杆的这些植物的施药防治病虫害的机器的缺乏显得急需需要解决。因此加大高杆作物的高地隙施药机的研究显得至关重要。
本文设计的是一种新型的高地隙自走式施药机底盘设计,由机架组件、转向组件、传动组件、行走组件、药箱组件、驾驶室组件等组成,对高地隙施药机底盘进行设计计算与研究、结构分析与对比,根据研究的初步结果和依据数据制订相应的方案,然后根据方案进行分解任务,进而一步步实现设计工作。
本设计对现有国内外高地隙施药机的现状进行研究和分析,并进行创新设计。目前针对我国现有的高地隙施药机械的基础上并借鉴国外的研究手段、机构原理进行研究和分析,制定本机的总体设计方案,设计一种新型的高地隙施药机,提高了效率,降低了成本,是一种新型的设计方案,有着广阔的前景。

Abstract
With the continuous progress and development of the agricultural machinery industry, large-scale agricultural machinery has been continuously applied to real life. Tall Pole plants such as rice and corn are the most important crops in China, however, in the middle and late pest control of these tall plants there was an urgent need for highly efficient machinery for inter-row passage and plant protection, at which time the high gap applicator came into being.
In the middle and late pest control of high-lever crops in China, high-efficiency plant protection power machinery with high inter-row passage is urgently needed. The General Plant Protection Machinery can not apply pesticide to rice, corn and other high-stem crops in the middle and late stages of their growth, which has also become a technical bottleneck in agricultural production, the key to this problem is the lack of large self-propelled applicator in high ground clearance. Therefore, it is urgent to develop an efficient and safe self-propelled high-gap pesticide applicator which can control the diseases, insects and weeds of rice, maize and other crops in the later stage, so as to promote the increase of farmers’yield and income. The key to solve the technical bottleneck of agricultural production and promote the sustainable development of agriculture lies in the research and development of the self-propelled pesticide applicator suitable for our agricultural production.
This design is a new type of high clearance self-propelled applicator chassis design, which is composed of frame components, steering components, walking components, medicine box components, cab components, etc. , based on the theoretical analysis, calculation and structural design of the chassis of the high-altitude gap applicator, the feasible design scheme of the chassis of the high-altitude gap applicator is determined according to the design basis and data, reasonable analysis of walking performance and steering performance of chassis.
This design carries on the research and the analysis to the present situation of the high-gap applicator at home and abroad, and carries on the innovation design. At present, on the basis of the existing high-altitude gap applicator in our country, the research means and mechanism principle in foreign countries are studied and analyzed, the overall design scheme of the machine is worked out, and a new type of high-altitude gap applicator is designed, it improves the efficiency and reduces the cost. It is a new design scheme and has a broad prospect.
