摘要
本设计任务是年产3000吨肌苷的全厂设计。肌苷是一种代谢调控型初级代谢产物,是机体内ATP、辅酶A、核糖核苷酸和脱氧核糖核苷酸的组成部分,参与机体内的核酸代谢,能量代谢以及蛋白质的合成,它在食品和医药领域起着重要作用,肌苷是食品中的呈味物,同时也是各种调味食品的营养助鲜剂;肌苷具有刺激细胞、增强细胞代谢等功能,能预防及解除由血防药物引起的对心脏或肝脏的副作用。近年来随着肌苷应用范围不断扩大,市场需求与日俱增,对肌苷进行工厂建设将具有十分广阔的前景。此次工厂设计为发酵法年产3000吨肌苷,以供应市场需求。微生物发酵法生产肌苷的成本较低,对环境无污染且效益较高等优点,是目前生产肌苷普遍采用的方法,并且用离子交换法和超滤法提取肌苷。本设计以枯草芽孢杆菌为生产菌株,选育高产的工业化生产菌种,获得与生产菌株相匹配的最佳培养基配方和发酵工艺条件。在本设计中,论述了肌苷生产的工艺流程,计算了发酵车间和提取车间的物料衡算以及能量衡算,并且对主要设备进行了计算与选型,绘制了发酵罐结构图、发酵工艺流程图、发酵车间摆布图以及全厂设备摆布图,完成设计说明书。

ABSTRACT
The design task is to design the factory with an annual production of 3000 tons of inosine. Inosine is a product of metabolism type primary metabolism, is the part of composition the body of ATP, coenzyme A, RNA and DNA, participate in nucleic acid metabolism, energy metabolism and protein synthesis in the body. It plays an important role in the field of food and medicine, inosine is flavor substances in food, at the same time is also a variety of seasoning food nutrition and fresh agent. Inosine have the function of stimulated cells, enhance cell metabolism and so on, can prevent and lift which caused by schistosomiasis and the drugs to the heart or liver side effects. In recent years, with the increasing application of inosine, growing market demand, factory construction of inosine will have very broad prospects. This design is an annual production of 3000 tons of inosine fermentation method to supply market demand. Use microbial fermentation production inosine have the advantage of low cost, no pollution to the environment and higher efficiency. Is the method currently used to produce inosine, and use ion exchange method and ultrafiltration method to extraction inosine. The design of Bacillus subtilis as the production strain, selective breeding of high yield industrialized producing strains, to obtain the best culture medium formula and fermentation conditions. In this design, discusses the process of inosine production, calculation of the material balance and energy balance in the fermentation workshop and the extraction workshop was calculated, and calculation and selection of main equipment are also carried out, structure diagram of fermentation tank was drawn, flow chart of fermentation process, control chart of fermentation workshop and the whole plant equipment to complete the design specification.

第一节肌苷的概述
一、引言
肌苷(Inosine)是一种代谢调控型初级代谢产物,为腺嘌呤前体物质,是机体内ATP、辅酶A、核糖核苷酸和脱氧核糖核苷酸的组成部分,参与机体内的核酸代谢,能量代谢以及蛋白质的合成。它能提高机体ATP的水平,可转化为多种核苷酸。肌苷对细胞膜具有良好的通透性,能透过细胞膜进入体细胞,进而转变为核苷酸,再变成ATP参与代谢,有促进肝细胞恢复,防止脂肪肝的作用,并能提高各种酶的活性,刺激机体产生抗体。肌苷具有刺激细胞、增强细胞代谢等功能,能预防及解除由血防药物引起的对心脏或肝脏的副作用[1]。同时也是食品中的呈味物,目前世界上已有不少国家以肌苷酸的含量作为衡量食品新鲜程度的特征指标之一[2][3]。
