摘要
泡沫混凝土是一种重量轻、保温、隔音、耐火的多功能材料,它在建筑节能及防火领域有着举足轻重的地位。老式的水泥发泡机设备生产出的泡沫泡径显得匀称单一,泡沫之间的距离间隔较宽,生产出的泡沫混凝土制品会出现微孔相对疏松的情况。若在泡沫的缝隙间加入比较小泡径的泡沫,让缝隙率下降,使整个产品更加的轻质。探索开发出泡沫密度可控、性能稳定、产率高效的水泥发泡机,对助力泡沫混凝土制品的推广应用意义非凡。
本设计将发泡的雾化喷嘴和气泡发生器融为一体的方法,使水泥发泡机能够同时产出双种不同泡径泡沫的创新想法。发泡管结构由一小直径发泡管嵌入到一大直径发泡管中间构成,大小直径发泡管中各自装有不一样填充率的介质起饶流功效。并按照六方最密填充理论,构建出最佳直径比、体积比的双种直径泡沫堆积的结构模型。最终用机械制图软件CAD绘出双泡径式水泥发泡机的总装配图及主要零部件图。

Abstract
Foamed concrete is a lightweight, heat-insulating, sound-insulating and fire-resistant multifunctional material that plays an important role in building energy conservation and fire protection. The bubble foam diameter produced by the old cement foaming machine equipment appears to be uniform and uniform, and the distance between the foams is widely spaced. The production of foamed concrete products will result in relatively loose pores. If a bubble with a relatively small bubble diameter is added between the gaps in the foam, the gap rate will decrease, making the entire product even lighter. The exploration and development of a cement foaming machine with controllable foam density, stable performance, and high yields are of great significance for the promotion and application of foam-assisted concrete products.
This paper designs a method that integrates the foaming atomizing nozzle and the bubble generator, so that the cement foaming machine can simultaneously produce two innovative ideas of different bubble diameter foams. The structure of the foamed pipe consists of a small-diameter foamed pipe embedded in the middle of a large-diameter foamed pipe. The medium filled with different filling ratios in the small and large-diameter foamed pipes has a raphic effect. According to the hexagonal dense packing theory, the optimal diameter ratio and volume ratio of double-diameter foam deposits were constructed. Finally, the mechanical drawing software CAD was used to draw the total assembly drawing and the main parts drawing of the double-bubble-diameter cement foaming machine.
