高精度车铣复合机床电主轴部件设计
摘要
车铣复合机床是近代工业发展的标志,基本实现了高速化、高精度、多功能的现代化要求;其中必不可少的也尤为重要的部件就是此次设计的主要结构电主轴,其精度直接影响机床的加工精度,制造业为满足市场需求,必须要开发研究更先进的、更自动化的电主轴部件。
此次设计完成了电主轴系统设计,包括电机轴承的选型以及轴承使用寿命的计算、主轴各段尺寸以及主轴强度刚度的校核、装配二维图、主轴零件图和箱体零件图,设计了主轴结构,以及主轴工作线上的法兰盘、隔套、螺母等零部件,另外还设计了需要保证机床正常运行的保护设置,密封装置和迷宫环等,箱体的冷却降温结构设计等。
本次设计使用二维计算机设计软件AutoCAD进行了电主轴部件结构的装配图设计和使用三维设计软件SolidWorks进行了箱体三维建模。本设计提高了机床加工精度,实现了机床的高速性能,充分体现出了多能化的车铣复合技术。

ABSTRACT
CNC Turn-minllling lathe is the symbol of the modern industrial development, It has basically realized the modernization requirements of high speed, high precision and multi-function; the essential part of which is the main component of this design is the main structure electric spindle. Its precision directly affects the machining precision of the machine tool. In order to meet the market demand, the manufacturing industry must develop more advanced, more personalized, and more self. The motorized electric spindle.
This design has completed the design of the electric spindle system, including the selection of the motor bearing and the calculation of the bearing life, the dimension of the spindle and the checking of the stiffness of the spindle strength, the assembly two-dimensional diagram, the main shaft part drawing and the box part drawing, the structure of the spindle, the flange, the spacer, and the nut on the spindle working line. And other components, in addition, we also designed the protection settings to ensure the normal operation of machine tools, sealing devices and labyrinth rings, and so on.
This design uses the two-dimensional computer design software AutoCAD to carry out the assembly drawing design of the electrical spindle component structure and the 3D modeling of the box by using the 3D design software SolidWorks. This design improves the machining accuracy of machine tools, realizes the high speed performance of machine tools, and fully embodies the technology of multi turn milling and milling.
