旋转餐桌机构设计
[摘要]根据现有资料,最早的旋转餐桌出现在18世纪的英国,至今有200年的历史,而旋转餐桌被国人普遍接受,则是在20世纪晚期,短短的数年时间,餐桌可以旋转已经被人们认为是饭店餐桌必备的功能。聚餐时,围绕的客人比较多,这就使得方向的不同可能很难夹取自己喜欢的菜,为此旋转餐桌就很好的满足了大众这一方面的需求
本文设计的旋转餐桌由电动机控制转盘正转、反转及停止的旋转餐桌。1400rpm的电机通过减速装置减速及改变传动方向,从而实现转盘低速匀速转动的功能。减速装置主要包括减速器和锥形齿轮的设计。减速器包括轴、箱体和齿轮的设计,轴承、联轴器的选择。

Design of Medium Rotating Table Mechanism
[Abstract]According to the available information, the earliest revolving table appeared in England in the 18th century and has a history of 200 years. It was generally accepted by the Chinese people that in the late 20th century, in a few years, the revolving table had been regarded as a necessary function of the restaurant table. When gathering, there are more guests around, which makes it difficult to pick up your favorite dishes in different directions. For this reason, the revolving table satisfies the needs of the public in this respect.
The rotating table designed in this paper is a rotating table which is controlled by a motor to turn the turntable forward, backward and stop. The 1400 RPM motor reduces speed and changes transmission direction through deceleration device, thus realizing the function of low speed and uniform rotation of the turntable. The deceleration device mainly includes the design of decelerator and bevel gear. The reducer includes the design of axle, box and gear, the selection of bearing and coupling.
