摘要
本文主要介绍了对塑料模具的发展,塑料模具设计原则,塑料模具生产实践流程的概括,并且以某产品上盖塑料件为例,详细介绍了产品上盖塑料模具的设计生产流程,其中包括对塑料件工艺性能的分析,模具设计中所设计的计算校核,模具设计中各零件的配合精度,包括了型芯型腔的设计、浇注系统设计、分型面的选择、侧抽芯机构的设计、推出复位机构设计、冷却水道的设计等。且通过CAD与UG完成上盖产品注塑模的图纸设计要求。

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the development of plastic mold, the principle of plastic mold design and the practical process of plastic mold production. Taking the plastic part of a product as an example, the design and production process of the plastic mold of a product is introduced in detail, including the analysis of the technological capability of the plastic part, the calculation andverification of the design in the mold design, and the fine coordination of the parts in the mold design Degree, including the design of the core cavity, the design of the pouring system, the selection of the parting surface, the design of the side core pulling mechanism, the design of the push out reset mechanism, the design of the coolingwater channel, etc. And through CAD and UG to complete the drawing design requirements of the upper cover product injection mold.
