摘要
模具是一种新型的技术产业,对于工业的进步以及经济发展都起到非常关键的作用,如今在全球工业发展当中,特别是发达国家对于模具的重视度都比较高,也被称作为工业之母,根据数据显示,如今在全球的工业产品当中,超过一半以上为模具产品,尤其是汽车制造当中,对于模具的依赖程度更高。我国模具发展速度比较快,经历从零到有的过程,并且已经迈入全球模具制造业大国的行列,能够实现中高端模具的出口生产,随着经济发展以及市场开放,模具市场的竞争也越加激烈,未来关于高端高精度模具的生产和制造是一个主要趋势,市场需求也会更大。
本次设计的是关于滚轮注塑模具,滚轮是比较普遍的一种产品,需要分析这种产品的使用和工艺要求,选取POM+30%GF材料,通过对产品尺寸分析,确定分型面和型腔布置,并且计算产品的注射体积,依次选取满足生产要求的注射机型号,并且设计浇注系统以及推出机构,计算成型零件的工作尺寸等,最终完成模具装配图零件图图纸要求,以及说明书的写作要求。

ABSTRACT
Mold is a new type of technology industry,which plays avery important role in the progress of industry and economic development. Nowadays, in the global industrial development, especially in developed countries, mold is highlyvalued, also known as the mother of industry. According to the data, more than half of the global industrial products are mold products, especially automobiles In manufacturing, the dependence on mold is higher. With the rapid development of China's mold industry, China has experienced the process fromzero to some, and has entered the ranks of theworld's largest mold manufacturing industry,which can realize the export production of medium and high-end mold. With the economic development and market opening, the competition in the mold market is also more fierce. In the future, the production and manufacturing of high-end high-precision mold is a major trend, and the market demandwill be greater
This design is about the roller injection mold. The roller is a relatively common product. It is necessary to analyze the use and process requirements of this product, select POM+ 30% GF material, determine the parting surface and cavity layout, calculate the injectionvolume of the product, select the injection machine models that meet the production requirements in turn, and design the pouring system and the ejector Structure, calculate theworking size of the forming parts, and finally complete the requirements of the die assembly drawing and thewriting requirements of the instructions.
