栏板起重运输车结构设计
摘要
本次设计的题目是栏板起重运输车结构设计。其目的是根据特殊用途车辆的原始特性和性能来降低生产成本并提高生产质量。
此次设计的关键在于比较分析栏板起重运输车的后栏板起重装置可以采用的方案,并一一列举出各项方案的优缺点,最终选择最优方案。
该设计在已经翻阅许多关于栏板起重运输车资料的基础上,透彻的分析了栏板起重运输车辆结构设计的总体方案,最主要的设计部分为底盘的选取,举升机构的设计,液压系统的选型以及后栏板装置的设计。通过对底盘型号的的选择,为确定整车性能参数打下基矗在此基础上,详细分析了举升机构的运动学,确定并且详细的检查了举升机构各部分的尺寸和参数是否符合标准。液压系统的用途则是用于控制每个可以活动的部件以实现货物起升装卸的功能。通过计算和选择各种液压元件,为的是确定系统中使用的液压元件的类型更为准确。确定了栏板起重运输车的一般参数。对改装车辆的性能进行分析和计算校核,确定其是否符合国家标准要求。

ABSTRACT
The title of this design is the structural design of the lifting and transportation trucks. Its purpose is to reduce production costs and improve production quality based on the original characteristics and performance of special purpose vehicles.
The key to this design is to compare and analyze the solutions that can be adopted for the tailgate lifting devices of the lifting trucks, and to list the advantages and disadvantages of each solution, and finally select the optimal solution.
The design has been based on a lot of information on the lifting trucks of the corrugated plate. It thoroughly analyzes the overall design of the structure design of the corrugated lifting transport vehicles. The most important part of the design is the selection of the chassis and the design of the lifting mechanism. Selection of hydraulic system and design of the tailgate device. The selection of the chassis model lays the foundation for determining the performance parameters of the vehicle. On this basis, the kinematics of the lifting mechanism was analyzed in detail, and the dimensions and parameters of each part of the lifting mechanism were determined and checked in detail to meet the standards. The purpose of the hydraulic system is to control each movable part to achieve lifting and loading of the goods.
