肥皂盒的注塑模具设计
摘要
这次设计题目是肥皂盒注塑模具设计,用游标卡尺测绘这几何特征是弧和直线等简单的几何特征构成,初步确定了模具结构,型腔数目为1模2件,浇注系统是侧浇口等关键结构。设计难点是浇注系统的设计如何避免产品出现空洞;怎样确定合适的脱模斜度使模具容易取出,还有如何设计顶出系统而不破坏塑件等问题。我在图书馆和网上搜索,找到了分型面相关资料和浇注系统的概念和模具设计的原则,在老师的指导下通过使用二维软件和三维软件对分型面和浇注系统进行了设计并设计了顶出系统,调用了标准模架,最终确定了模具结构的排布。利用CAD,UG进行建模,总体方案设计;计算确定肥皂盒模具各个尺寸,最终画出了零件图和装配图完成了整个设计。

Abstract
The graduation design topic is soap box injection mold design, using vernier caliper surveying and mapping the geometry is characterized by simple geometric characteristics of arc and straight line, preliminary determined the mold structure, cavity number 1 2 pieces, gating system is a key structure side gate, etc. The design difficulty is how to design the pouring system to avoid the hollow of the product; How to determine the appropriate demodulation incline makes the die easy to take out, and how to design the top out system without damaging the plastic parts and so on. In the library and the Internet search, I found the parting surface related information and the principle of the concept and die design of gating system, under the guidance of the teacher through the use of 2 d software and 3 d software on the parting surface and gating system design and design of the ejector system, called the standard mould frame, finally determined the mold structure configuration. Using CAD, UG for modeling and overall scheme design; The calculation determines the size of the soap box mold, and finally draws the part drawing and assembly drawing to complete the whole design.
