摘要
床头箱提高主轴精度,增加主轴编码器和相关元件,满足数空控制的要求及精度要求。手动卡盘改为电动卡盘,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,并且卡盘定心准确,性能稳定,动作灵敏,夹紧力大小可调,最大加紧力达45KN,夹持范围达4~200mm。手动刀架改为电动刀架,能实现刀架的转位、定位、夹紧的自动控制,满足数控编程的要求,并且要求刀架对指令信号反应灵敏,动作执行准确可靠,能充分发挥出数控化改造后加工效率高、精度高的特点。

ABSTRACT
To improve the precision of the spindle headstock, increase the spindle encoder and related components, to meet the requirements of accuracy and the number of empty control requirements. Manual chuck for electric chuck, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency, and Chuck Centering is accurate, stable performance, flexible action, the clamping force can be adjusted, the maximum stepping up to 45KN, the clamping range of 4 ~ 200mm. Manual turret to electric tool, automatic control, positioning, clamping transposition can realize tool, to meet the requirements of NC programming, and requires rest sensitive to command signal, action is accurate and reliable, can give full play to the numerical control transformation of high processing efficiency, features high accuracy.
