解放牌CA1041汽车后桥壳体加工工艺规程及铣床夹具设计
摘要:为了使汽车后桥壳体在加工工艺过程中保证其所要求的强度、精度和平整度,此次夹具体设计可更进一步配合机床完成整个加工过程中所需要的加紧力要求,以及铣平面加工过程的所需移动自由度的限制,从而保证零件尺寸及性能加工要求。在此次夹具体设计中通过了解零件加工尺寸及性能需求以及现状分析结合机械设计相关文献,学习公差尺寸以及配合标准。计算查找其进给量、切削量、配合公差以及所需夹紧力等。为进一步夹具设计提供必要基矗在整个夹具设计中,由于工件两端为圆柱体所以在加紧过程中采用V型块进行限位,并配合压条进一步限制其在Z轴上的移动,又通过中心盘与中心孔配合限制其在X、Y轴上的移动。实现加紧定位的目的。通过这次的工艺规程及夹具体设计我更进一步实现了理论与实践的相互统一,加强了在理论基础上对专业知识的巩固和细化,在此基础上也对夹具体的学习和了解有了更深一层次的认知,充分认识到设计的严谨性和专业性要求。最终此次的夹具体设计总共涵盖了一套工艺和一套夹具,夹具形式为手动夹紧。除此以外根据设计任务,还完成了面积总和为两张A0图纸的说明图,初步达到了老师要求。

ABSTRACT:In order to ensure the strength, precision and smoothness of the rear axle housing in the process of engineering, The clamping design can further cooperate with the requirements of the machine tool to complete the whole machining process and the restrictions of the required moving degrees of freedom in each machining process, thus ensuring the machining requirements of the parts. In the design of the clip, through the understanding of parts processing requirements and current situation analysis combined with mechanical design reference literature, learn tolerance dimensions and matching standards. Calculate the feed, cutting, fit tolerance and clamping force. Provide necessary foundation for further fixture design. In the whole fixture design, because the two ends of the workpiece are cylindrical, the V-shaped block is used to limit the position in the tightening process, and the movement on the Z axis is further restricted by the pressure bar. The center plate and the center hole are used to restrict the movement of the center hole on the XY axis. To achieve the purpose of strengthening positioning. I have further realized the unification of theory and practice through this process procedure and clip design, and strengthened the consolidation and refinement of professional knowledge on the basis of theory. On this basis, we also have a deeper understanding of the specific learning and understanding, fully aware of the rigorous and professional requirements of the design. The final clip design covers a set of processes and a set of clamps in the form of manual clamping. In addition, according to the design task, completed the area of the total of two A0 drawings, the preliminary requirements of the teacher.
