摘要
这次设计的题目是泡沫灭火器喷嘴的注塑成型工艺及模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺分析和设计注塑模以及对结构的相关计算,对模具闭合高度的计算,对注塑机进行相关参数的检验和确定等,确定了该模具基本符合要求。
这个塑件要求表面光滑且没有凹陷没有毛刺,因为没有其它的特别要求,所以用注塑的方法比较容易实现。根据塑件的成型要求和模具型腔的布置,选择潜伏浇口更合适。型芯采用组合式结构,有利于充填和排气。
型芯主要是成型件的内表面。该模具将型芯固定在固定模具的一侧,可以简化模具的结构。考虑到加工难度和材料的价值利用,以及塑件的形状和尺寸,考虑到塑件的生产能力,该模具采用一模两块的结构。阴模主要形成塑料件的外表面,结构相对简单。空腔设计成组合结构,既保证了塑件的外观和质量,又便于模具的加工。从塑件的结构来看,空腔和倾斜滑块设计在一起,形成抽芯机构。
