PE250×400复摆鄂式破碎机的设计
摘要
在我们中国有许许多多各种各样的颚式破碎机在不同的产线上运作着。本设计的机械结构很简单,制造也并不困难,工作性能十分可靠,使用和维护也很便捷。这一次的设计是要满足生产出来的产品的各项标准的出口尺寸为五十到六十毫米;给料块限制的的最大尺寸的标准为二百毫米;产量的标准要达到二十到五十吨。为了达到上文所提到的各项标准本次设计我决定具体的去设计这款复摆颚式破碎机(PE250X400)。全面地介绍了该机械的发展现状和该机械目前在研究上的重要意义,介绍了该机械的机构尺寸对破碎性能的各种影响。经过了大量的的计算和实验可以得到本次设计的各项参数。这一次的设计十分详细的阐述了设计的破碎机的活动颚、偏心轴、滑轮、基础以及活动颚齿板、框架等部分组成破碎机的元件,并且介绍了工作生产运行时的原理、特性和主要的组成部分,其中主要介绍了保险装置。调整装置、框架结构和润滑装置这些机构。计算主轴的参数,设计偏心轴。除此之外,还清楚明了的说明了破碎的意义、破碎的过程的计算和破碎率、颚式破碎机的主要部件的安装、颚式破碎机的操作和维护等等一系列关于这款颚式破碎机的相关问题。

Abstract
In China, there are many kinds of jaw crushers running on different production lines. The mechanical structure of the design isvery simple, manufacturing is not difficult, the performance isvery reliable, and the use and maintenance is alsovery convenient. This time is designed to meet the standard export sizes of the product from fifty to sixty mm; the maximum size limit for the feed block is two hundred mm; the production standard is twenty to fifty tons. In order to achieve the above mentioned standards, I decided to design this compound pendulum jaw crusher(PE250X400) in detail. The development status of the machine and the important significance of the machinery at present are introduced in this paper, and the influence of the mechanism size on the crushing performance is introduced. After a lot of calculations and experiments, the parameters of this design can be obtained. The design of the crusher's movable jaw, eccentric shaft, pulley, base and movable jaw teeth plate, frame and other parts made up of crusher components are described in detail, and the principle, characteristics and main components of theworking operation are introduced, inwhich the insurance device is mainly introduced. The adjusting device, frame structure and lubricating device are the institutions. The parameters of the spindle are calculated and the eccentric shaft is designed. In addition, it is clear that the meaning of broken, the calculation of the broken process, the crushing rate, the installation of the main components of the jaw crusher, the operation and maintenance of the jaw crusher, and so on, and so on.
