摘要
本文设计是38m型钢夹套搅拌反应釜的设计,本文设计根据原始数据及有关资料和有关文献,完成物料衡算、热量衡算、搅拌容器设计、搅拌机设计。
搅拌反应釜主要由筒体和夹套组成,多为中、低压压力容器;搅拌设置由搅拌器和搅拌轴组成;传动装置是为搅拌装置设置的,主要由电动机、减速器、联轴器和传动轴等组成;轴封装置为动密封;它们与支座、人孔、工艺接管等附件一起,构成完整的搅拌反应釜。
此设计配有说明书一份、图纸三份。说明书内容:1.PVC介绍。2.反应釜用途及特征。3.物料衡算、热量衡算。4.主要设备尺寸的设计和选型.5.强度计算等。三副图纸:1.反应釜装配图。2.反应釜釜体部件图。3.传动轴部件图。

Abstract
This is the design of 38m structural steel jacket stir tank reactor, the design based on the original data and relevant information and relevant documents and complete the material balance, heat balance from it. This design is includes a manual, four drawings.
Stirred tank reactor is mainly composed of the cylinder and the jacket , mostly in medium and low-pressure vessels. The mixing device composed by a stirrer and agitator shaft. The gearing is set for the stirring device, mainly consists of motor, reducer, couplings and shafts and other components; seal device is dynamic seal, generally use mechanical seal or packing. All of them with support, manholes, and other accessories with the takeover process constitute a complete stirred tank reactor.
