摘要
采煤是我国比较开产量较大的国家,然而,我们在采煤工作中,也就是煤炭生产过程中。这样的设计能够实现生产的安全性和液压支架的可靠性发展,考虑到了现在国内生产的使用的液压支架的功能来优化这次的设计要走,从采煤的优势作用上来改进普通结构的形式,设计优化液压支架的结构形式,改变原有的阻碍性问题,从根本上解决现在采煤遇到的问题,更是在安全的角度考虑会达到一个可靠的操作过程等优点。
本次所做的液压支架的设计,主要做的是液压支架结构的总体设计,以及主要部件合理性使用的设计,本设计对液压支架整体结构和液压支架的支撑作用零部件结构进行了动力的分析,然后对液压支架结构的工艺性的尺寸进行整体的综合分析,最后设计中对液压支架进行受力能力的分析以及支架的强度计算校核。在这次的液压支架的设计中,让我对采煤有了一定的了解,有会液压支架的工作原理等有更加深入的理解,还在别的方面学到了很多。

Abstract
Coal mining is a relatively large country in production in China. However, in the coal miningwork, in the process of coal production, in order to prevent the roof fall caused by coal mining, in order to maintain a certainworking space to ensure the safety of coal mining, better guarantee the safety of coal miningworkers and the normal safety ofvarious coal miningwork. To run, I need to support the roof by hydraulic support to ensure safety. The designed hydraulic support is mainly powered by high pressure liquid as hydraulic support. The hydraulic support is composed of hydraulic components and metal components in the hydraulic equipment to control the roof. This kind of design equipment can carry out the supporting function, the cutting top safety operation, the moving frame use and thewhole machine. In the process of opening the coal mine, the actual hydraulic press equipment shows that the design of the hydraulic support has good support, high strength, and moving speed. Fast capability, safe and reliable operation process and so on.
The design of the hydraulic support is mainly designed for the overall design of the hydraulic support structure and the design of the rational use of the main components. This design has carried out a dynamic analysis on the structure of the integral structure of the hydraulic support and the supporting parts of the hydraulic support, and then the technological dimensions of the hydraulic support structure are carried out. In the final analysis, the stress capacity of the hydraulic support and the strength calculation of the bracket are finally checked. At the same time,we have mastered the skills and knowledge of drawingwith CAD, SolidWorks and other software in the setting.
