播种机结构
摘要
在我国经济快速发展的今天,种植用播种机的发展也得到了前所未有的发展,在近几年的发展中,不同种类的播种机层出不穷,给人们的生活水平带来了便捷式的发展。在目前的种植用设备的生产和播种上,不断的机械化的生产的背景下,在传统的使用手动的方式进行农作物种植大的形势,工作的效率是比较低的、而且在操作上存在的困难,使得买播种机的经济划算的存在,还在农作物种植上节省时间。本次设计的全自动的播种机,适用于在家庭和种子场所,以及公共场合使用,在现有的市场上播种机的设计和发展受到了人们在生活上的追捧,因此在本次的设计中,主要针对的市家庭保塔式播种机的结构的设计,完成本次课题相关的设计内容。
在本次的保塔式播种机的设计中,在机构的构思上参考了市场上的大型的播种机的结构设计的方案,对一般的家庭使用的播种机的结构进行构思和设计研究,从去做你知道播种机的整体结构上设计而言,在设计中重点对播种机上的播种的工作机构、开沟部件、直流减速系统的设计等方进行了重点的结构分析和设计。使得设计的步骤首先在明确本次设计的保塔式播种机的设计任务,在设计的要求上以及设计的背景的情况下,广泛的查找相关的设计的资种子,深入明确播种机的结构设计的纲领,对其中播种机的重要部件做了一些相关的设计,完成保塔式播种机的装配结构设计,并不断的实现部件的优化性的设计,最后对保塔式播种机的绘制CAD结构图纸,相应的部件图。

Abstract

In recentyears, different kinds of planter emerge in endlessly,which brings convenient development to people's living standard. In the current production and sowing of planting equipment, under the background of continuous mechanized production, in the traditional use of manualway for crop planting, thework efficiency is relatively low, and there are difficulties in operation,which makes the economic existence of buying seeder and saving time in crop planting. This design of the full-automatic seeder is suitable for use in families and seed places, aswell as in public places. The design and development of the seeder in the existing market has been sought after in people's life. Therefore, in this design, the main purpose is to design the structure of the urban family tower seeder, and complete the relevant design content of this subject.
In this graduation design of the tower seeder, the structural design scheme of the large seeder in the market is referred to in the mechanism conception, and the structure of the general family seeder is conceived and designed. In terms of the overall structure design of the seeder, the design focuses on theworking mechanism, trenching parts, and The structure analysis and design of DC deceleration system are emphasized. So that the design steps first in the clear design of the tower seeder design task, in the design requirements and the design background, the extensive search for relevant design seeds, in-depth understanding of the structure design program of the seeder, the important parts of the seeder do some related design, complete the assembly structure design of the tower seeder, And constantly realize the optimization design of components.
