不锈钢盖冲裁模具设计-拉伸膜
摘要
本设计主要对不锈钢盖进行冲裁模具设计。结合公司实际生产要求和产品的特点,在厂原有的设计上,对模具进行了改进设计。本设计对拉深件加工工艺进行了分析,得出了最佳加工方案,在充分保证零件质量与精度的前提下,选择高生产率的加工工艺,降低生产成本,从而有效地节约了材料。本设计中使用计算机软件进行了辅助设计,在保证高精度的同时简化了传统的繁琐计算过程,使设计更为便捷。
本次设计是在指导老师认真、耐心的指导下,对模具的经济性、模具的寿命、生产周期、及生产成本等指标下进行全面、仔细的分析下而进行设计的。在此,我表示衷心的感谢他们对我的教诲.
冲模是模具设计与制造专业的主要专业课程之一。它具有很强的实践性和综合性,通过学习这门课程,使我对冲压模具有了新的认识,从中也学到了不少知识,激发了我对冲压模具的爱好。
但因本人经验有限,因此很难避免的存在一些不合理之处,望各位老师批评和指正,以使我的设计做到合理,同时也为我走出校门步入社会打下坚实的基矗

Abstract
This design mainly carries on the blanking die design to the stainless steel cover. According to the actual production requirements and product characteristics of the company, the moldwas improved in the original design of the factory. In this design, the processing technology of deep drawing parts is analyzed, and the best processing scheme is obtained. On the premise of fully ensuring the quality and precision of parts, the high productivity processing technology is selected to reduce the production cost, thus effectively saving materials. In this design, computer software is used to carry out the auxiliary design,which simplifies the traditional cumbersome calculation processwhile ensuring the high precision, and makes the design more convenient.
This design is designed under the guidance of the instructor carefully and patiently, under the guidance of the mold economy, mold life, production cycle, and production cost under the comprehensive and careful analysis. Here, Iwould like to express my heartfelt thanks to them for teaching me.
Stamping die is one of the main professional courses of mould design and manufacturing specialty. It has a strong practicality and comprehensiveness, through learning this course, I have a new understanding of stamping dies, fromwhich I have learned a lot of knowledge, stimulated my interest in stamping dies.
However, due to my limited experience, it is difficult to avoid some unreasonable points, I hope that teachers criticize and correct, so as to make my graduation design reasonable, but also for me to step out of the school to lay a solid foundation for society.
