摘要
随着科技的发展,模具在我们的社会生活中越来越重要,模具已经深入我们生产生活中。模具生产出来的产品会比模具本身价值高很多,只要设计出一套模具,产品就会源源不断的生产出来,所以,很多企业公司都会采用模具成形技术生产产品。
防转片在机械运转中主要起防止相邻部件的相对转动的作用。本文主要介绍了防旋落料复合模具的设计。从零件的可加工性分析开始,分析和比较各种加工方案,以确定最佳的加工方案。内容还包括零件工艺计算方面包括刃口尺寸计算,排样计算,冲压力计算,标准模架的选用,卸载装置中弹性部件的计算决定了其他部件的结构,并绘制了模具装配图和模具部件图。此次设计让我对模具知识以及机械行业有了更深了认识,同时锻炼了自行设计的能力。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology, the mold is more and more important in our social life. The products produced by the moldwill be much higher than thevalue of the mold itself. As long as a set of mold is designed, the productswill be produced continuously. Therefore, many enterprises and companieswill adopt the mold forming technology to produce products.
The anti- rotatingvane plays an important role in preventing the relative rotation of adjacent parts. This paper mainly introduces the design of compound mould for anti-spinning blanking. Starting from the machinability analysis of parts,various machining schemes are analyzed and compared to determine the best machining scheme. The paper also includes the part process calculation, including the cutting edge size calculation, layout calculation, punching pressure calculation, the selection of standard die frame, the calculation of elastic parts in the unloading device determines the structure of other parts, and draw the mold assembly drawing and mold part drawing. This graduation project let me have a deeper understanding of the mold knowledge and the mechanical industry, and at the same time exercised the ability of self-design.
