地毯自动码垛机的设计
摘要
随着科技的发展和进步，人民生活水平不断提高。方块地毯，作为一种用于地面铺设的新型地毯，具有使地面效果舒适、美观的效果。目前方块地毯的需求量逐年上升，但我国方块地毯产业装备距离高度自动化还有不少差距，集中体现在在纵横切之后到自动包装之前的后整理工作仍旧依靠手工完成，严重制约了生产效率和包装质量。因此，基于经济、工作效率角度出发，利用机械设备实现方块毯码垛自动化变得势在必行。
本文研究了国内方块地毯的使用、生产情况，随后又介绍了码垛技术的概念、发展历史、应用现状、存在的技术难点以及该技术未来发展趋势。根据设计要求并结合实际生产需要进行了整体方案的设计，主要包括压实装置、换向装置、质检装置、翻转装置、码垛装置、推出装置六个部分，并对每个装置展开方案的详细设计。紧接着对系统的机械结构进行具体的设计，计算校核设计参数，利用三维设计软件进行建模分析，验证设计方案的合理性。
最后，对地毯自动码垛机设计方案的总结，并对该课题未来研究方向提出了相关建议。

DESIGN OF THE TILE CARPET AUTOMATIC PALLETIZING

ABSTRACT

With the development of science and technology, people's living standard has been improved rapidly. Tile carpet, as a new type of carpet that is used on the ground to make the environmente comfortable and beautiful. Recently, the demand for carpet is increasingyear byyear, but the carpet production in China has notyet fully realized the automation level. so far, lots ofwork still need finished manually, obviously in the aspect of cutting after finishingwork manual. The production efficiency and packaging quality can not be guaranteed. Therefore, it is an imperative thing to achieve the title carpet pallet automation using of machinery and equipment based on theview of economy andwork efficiency.
This paper studies the domestic usage and production of tile carpets, then introduces the concept of palletizing technology, development history, application status and existing technical problems and future development trend of the technology. It introduces the overall scheme design according to the design requirements and combinedwith the actual production requires the overall scheme design, mainly including compaction device, reversing device, inspection device, flip device, pallet device, uninstall device. And, it discuses each part of the plan in detail. Then the paper analysis the design of mechanical structure of the system specifically, calculates the design parameters, and uses the 3D design software to modeling, make analysis, andvalidate the rationality of design scheme.
Finally, the artical makes a summary about the title carpet automatic palletizing design, and puts forwards some suggestions about the future research direction of the

subject.
