街道护栏清洗机设计
摘要
工业化的建设使城市人口和车辆逐年增多,人、车道路交通产生很大的矛盾,几乎所有道路拥挤的地方都安上了护栏隔离,城市公路中央护栏可以引导驾驶员的视线,以防车辆驶出路外造成交通事故。隔离护栏经过日晒雨淋,经常是脏兮兮的,不仅影响路容的整洁美观,而且护栏本身容易损耗。城市公路中央护栏的清洗,不仅是为了整洁的市容,而且能够延长护栏的使用寿命。为了保持城市公路中央护栏良好的引导视线功能和清洁美观,需要对护栏进行定期清洗。
本文就现有街道护栏设备所存在的一些问题对其进行重新设计。首先对比现有护栏清洗机现况提出设计方案,接着对清洗机的主要传动零件、清洗装置、液压系统进行了详细设计,最后采用AutoCAD软件绘制了该街道护栏清洗机的装配图和主要零件图。
为此,本次设计的街道护栏清洗机采用双液压规避机构,可横向与上下升降运动的街道护栏清洗机,清洁率得到了很大提升,解决了以往清洗机由于车辆行驶线路不能适时与道路曲线平行,无法刷到车行逆向的平面;而多种规格的网孔花纹图案加之车速过快,使刷子无法“伸入”网格内清洗等缺陷。

Abstract

In this paper, some of the problems existing street guardrail equipment redesign its existence. First, compare the current status of the design scheme cleaning machine guardrail, and then on the main transmission parts cleaning machines, cleaning equipment, hydraulic system detailed design, final assembly using AutoCAD software to draw a diagram of the street cleaning machine guardrail and major parts diagram.
For this reason, the design of the street cleaning machine guardrail dual hydraulic circumvent institutions, laterally and up and down movement of the fence street cleaning machines, cleaning rate has been greatly improved, solves thewashing machine because the line can not be timelyvehicle and road curve parallel to the dealers can not brush reverse plane;while avariety of specifications of the mesh patterns combinedwith excessive speed, the brush can not be"stretching" the grid cleaning and other defects.
