摘要
本次设计的题目是家用升降移动小车的设计,家用升降移动小车设计初衷为了方便家庭搬运物品,具有无污染,辅助力强,该产品具有结构紧凑,运输灵活,操作简单,回转半径小等特点。适用于家庭购物的搬运如米、面、油的运输。家用升降移动小车配合液压升降盘可减少人的搬运工作量,提高搬运效率。它主要包括三个部分的内容:框架材料选娶行走机构的设计,升降系统的设计。
在本设计中将升降液压系统的设计做为主要的内容进行设计,行走机构及其框架材料作为次要设计。

Abstrac
The topic of this design is the design of the household lifting mobile trolley. The original design of the household lifting mobile trolley is designed to facilitate the family to carry items. It has no pollution and strong auxiliary force. The product has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible transportation, simple operation, small turning radius, etc... It is suitable for transportation such as rice, noodles and oil for family shopping.The household lifting mobile trolley combinedwith the hydraulic lifting plate can reduce people's handlingworkload and improve handling efficiency. It mainly includes three parts: the selection of frame materials, the design of thewalking mechanism, and the design of the lifting system.
In this design, the design of the lifting hydraulic system is taken as the main content, and thewalking mechanism and its frame material are used as the secondary design.
