摘要
冲压是机械制造业中一种较先进的加工方法,与切削加工相比,具有材料利用率高、制品力学性能好,互换性强、生产效率高等优点。我设计的这套复合模具,采用倒装复合模具冲压,因为倒装模具有许多的优点,比如说:制件精度高,由于是在冲床的一次行程内,完成数道冲压工序。因而不存在累积定位误差。使冲出的制件内外形相对位置及各件的尺寸一致性非常好,制件平直。生产效率高,模具结构紧凑,面积较校由于采用弹压卸料装置,使冲制出的工件平整,表面质量好。采用打料杆将工件或废料从凹模孔中打下,因而工件或废料不在凹模孔内积聚,可减少工件可废料对孔的涨力。从而可减少凹模的壁厚,使凹模的外形尺寸缩小,节约模具材料。
根据零件图的结构分析,该零件采用倒装复合模具冲压比较合理。该复合模具结构特点是:凸凹模安装在下模座上,采用弹压卸料装置将废料从凸凹模上卸下。而它的凹模是安装在上模座上,因而就存在着如何将凹孔内的工件从孔中排出的问题,故在凹模内安装推件块把凹模内的工件在冲压完成后推出。该模具一次冲压就可以冲出完整的产品。
本应用本专业所学课程的理论和生产实际知识进行一次冷冲压模具设计工作的实际训练从而培养和提高学生独立工作能力,巩固与扩充了冷冲压模具设计等课程所学的内容,掌握冷冲压模具设计的方法和步骤,掌握冷冲压模具设计的基本的模具技能懂得了怎样分析零件的工艺性,怎样确定工艺方案,了解了模具的基本结构,提高了计算能力,绘图能力,熟悉了规范和标准,同时各科相关的课程都有了全面的复习,独立思考的能力也有了提高。

Stamping is a kind of more advanced processing machinerymanufacturing method,comparedwith the cutting,with high material utilization and good mechanical properties of the products,strong interchangeability,high production efficiency,etc.I design the compound die,the use of inversion compound stamping mold,because the flip mold has manyadvantages,such as: high precision parts,because it is in a punch stroke,complete stamping process that number.So there is no cumulative positioning error.Within the parts made out of shape the relative position and the size of each piece ofverygood consistency,flat parts.High production efficiency,the mould structure is compact,the area is small.Due to using pressure unloading device to produce artifacts level off,the surface qualityis good.Shot is expected to adopt theworkpiece orwaste from the concave die hole laying,thus theworkpiece orwaste,not in the concave die hole accumulation,can reduce theworkpiece canwaste up force of hole.Which mayreduce thewall thickness of die,to make the shape of the die size,mould materials saving.
According to part drawing of structure analysis,the composite die stamping parts adopt inversion is quite reasonable.The compound die structure features are: intensive installed in the mold base,with pressure unloading devicewillwaste awayfrom the intensive.And the die is mounted on the mold base,therefore there is howthe concave hole of artifacts from the eduction in hole problem,so the ejecting block boxinstalled in the die of the concave die inworkpiece in stamping is completed.The stamping mold a can out of the complete product.
This paper applies the theoryof the courses in this major knowledge and the production practice for a cold stamping die designwork of practical training to cultivate and improve students'abilitytowork independently,to consolidate and expand the content of the course such as the cold stamping mould design,master the cold stamping mould design methods and steps,with cold stamping die mold,a basic design skills learned howto analysis technologyof components,howto determine the processing plan,understand the basic structure of mould,improve the abilityof calculation,drawing ability,familiarwith the norms and standards,and related courses in all the subjects have a comprehensive review,independent thinking abilityhas been improved.
