495发动机缸体左右面攻丝的组合机床总体设计及夹具设计
摘要
机械制造业是一个国家经济发展的重要支柱。而制造业的生产能力主要取决于制造装备——机床的先进程度。组合机床兼有低成本和高效率的优点,在大批、大量生产中得到广泛应用,并可用以组成自动生产线。
通过对495发动机缸体的调研,了解了其功用和结构特点,从而制定出最佳的工艺方案。重点对组合机床专用夹具的参数及结构进行了优化设计,完成了夹具定位支承系统及夹紧机构的设计和分析计算。使夹具的结构合理、紧凑,满足设计要求。
该组合机床由立柱、立柱底座、中间底座、液压滑台、动力箱、多轴箱、夹具等组成。本文对各部分的设计进行了详细的计算和论证。

The overall design and fixture design of the combined machine toolwith right and left side tapping of the 495 engine cylinder block
ABSTRACT
The machinery Manufacture is an important pillar of economic development in a country. The manufacturing industry's production capacity depends mainly on the advanced degree of manufacturing equipment-machine tools. Combination machine tools have the advantages of low cost and high efficiency. They arewidely used in large quantities and mass production, and can be used to form automatic production lines.
Through the investigation of the 495 engine cylinder, the function and structure characteristics of the enginewere understood, and the best process planwas formulated. The parameters and structure of the special fixture of the combined machine tool are optimized, and the design and analysis of the fixture positioning support system and clamping mechanism are completed. The structure of the fixture is reasonable and compact, and meets the design requirements.
The combined machine tool consists of a column, a column base, an intermediate base, a hydraulic sliding platform, a power box, a multi-axle box, and a fixture. In this paper, the design of each part is calculated and demonstrated in detail.
