录像摄像机摇臂的注塑模具设计
摘要
近年来,信息产业、汽车及其配件、塑料制品等工业的快速发展,对模具水平的要求越来越高,需求量也越来越大。
尤其是注塑模具,而塑料模占模具总量的比例达到35%~40%,塑料成型模具的应用在类模具的应用中占有领先地位。随着我国经济的发展,国家经济建设持续稳定的发展,塑料制件的生产越来越广泛,塑料成型工业在基础工业中的地位日益重要。
本文详细介绍了摄像机摇臂的注塑模具设计,型腔布局,浇注系统,成型零部件,合模导向机构,脱模机构,调温系统等工艺做了完整的设计和计算。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the information industry, automotive and accessories, plastic products and other industries of rapid development of the requirements of the mold level is getting higher and higher demand is also growing.
Especially the injection mold, and plastic mold accounted for the proportion of the total amount of mold to 35% to 40%, the application of plastic molding die in the application of various types of mold occupy a leading position. With the development of China's economy and the sustained and stable development of the national economy, the production of plastic parts is becoming more and more extensive. The position of plastic molding industry in the basic industry is becoming increasingly important.
This paper introduces the design and calculation of the injection mold design, cavity layout, gating system, forming parts, mold clamping mechanism, stripping mechanism and thermostat system of the camera rocker.
