矩形型材端面坡口铣削机设计
摘要
立式双侧铣削机是立式双侧机床制造行业一种专用设备。处于立式双侧生产接近成品的关键工序,也是制约立式双侧生产效率和质量的关键工序,现有的立式双侧铣削机为人工上下料,不仅效率低,而且操作者的素质高低严重影响立式双侧铣削质量,为此研制了具有自动上下料功能的立式双侧全自动铣削机提升了设备的整体性能,提高了产品的质量和效率。
本文主要设计一种双侧铣削机的刀头以及机床系统的设计,通过箱体下部的滚珠丝杆带动箱体往复直线运动,同时箱体头部的刀具高速旋转,头部的刀具旋转切除立式双侧内外角。同时可以实现旋转铣削,通过移动刀具来调节铣削的大小实现快速高效的立式双侧铣削。

Abstract
The piston ring chamfering machine piston ring manufacturing sector a special device. At the cutter tool can be independently moved by moving the tool to adjust the size of the chamfer is to achieve rapid and efficient piston ring chamfer.
