半自动轮胎拆装机设计
DESIGN OF SEMI-AUTOMATIC TIRE-INSTALLED MACHINE
摘要:随着汽车行业的迅速发展,车轮拆装机的需求量也在增加。但我国的拆装机和发达国家相比还存在着巨大的差距,主要表现为产品可靠性差,寿命短,性能不够稳定,故障多及自动化水平低等。本课题设计的半自动车轮拆装机兼拆胎,装胎一体,拆装机转盘的转动采用电机驱动,轮胎的松开和抓紧采用气动。该机具有结构简单,操作方便,经济适用等优点,可广泛用于中小型汽车维修行业。

Design of Semi-Autmatic Tire-Installed Machine
Abstract: With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the demand ofwheel-installed machine quantityis increasing.But the machine in China still exists great gap comparedwith the developed countries,it mainlyshows on several aspects,for example,the poor reliabilityof product,short life,not quite stable performance,manyfaults and lowautomation level.This topic designs a dismantled and installed machinewhich owns the semi-automaticwheel,this machine can fulfill dismantling and installing tires all alone,and the machine’s turntable is driven byelectric motor,tire loosing and grasping are driven bypneumatic.This machine has manymerits,such as simple structure,convenient operation,economic,applicable etc,and can bewidelyused in small and mediumvehicle repairing industry.
