3米高油茶树采摘臂及固定机构设计
摘要
随着我国科学技术的不断飞跃,农业机械化也越来越普及,这不仅有效的降低了生产成本和减少了农民的劳动强度,而且大大提高了农业生产力。现在,我国对食品安全十分重视,而油茶是一种十分健康营养的油类,十分受民众欢迎。油茶树已经成为了多个地区的主要经济作物,而采摘茶油果还是采用用人工攀爬采摘和用枝杆拍打的方式采摘,这不仅效率低,而且农民的人身安全有一定的风险,而采摘机械化就显得十分重要了。
机械化采摘的机构分为采摘头、采摘臂、底盘等机构组成,这次我主要对采摘臂的机构进行设计。在采摘果子时,采摘臂对于对于整个采摘机是十分重要的一个零件。这次我设计的采摘臂有两个主臂和一个副臂,这样可以更加灵活的对油茶果进行采摘。
这次设计的内容涉及材料力学、机械设计学,在设计好采摘臂结构尺寸后,还对采摘臂进行力学分析,提高机构可行性。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous leap of science and technology in China, agricultural mechanization is becoming more and more popular,which not only effectively reduces the production cost and reduces the labor intensity of farmers, but also greatly improves the agricultural productivity. Now, China attaches great importance to food safety, and Camellia oleifera is avery healthy and nutritious oil,which isvery popularwith the public. Camellia oleifera has become the main economic crops in many areas, and picking Camellia oleifera is still carried out by manual climbing and tappingwith branches. This is not only inefficient, but also the personal safety of farmers has certain risks, and picking mechanization isvery important.
Mechanized picking mechanism is divided into picking head, picking arm, chassis and other institutions, this time I mainly design the mechanism of picking arm. In picking fruit, picking arm is avery important part for thewhole picking machine. This time, I designed a picking armwith two main arms and an auxiliary arm,which can be more flexible for picking Camellia oleifera fruit.
The content of this design involves material mechanics and mechanical design. After the structural size of picking arm is designed, the mechanical analysis of picking arm is carried out to improve the feasibility of mechanism.
