摘要
随着信息化时代的进步,数控机床的应用越发普遍。而数控机床在加工工件中产生的切屑与切削液的处理就成为了需要解决的问题。自动排屑装置的设计就是为了:更好的分离切屑与切削液。从而更好的实现自动化流水作业,降低人力的消耗。
本设计是对CK6140数控车床自动排屑装置进行设计计算。本设计的主要内容有:根据CK6140数控车床产生切屑的情况对自动排屑装置的整体方案进行设计,确定了CK6140数控车床自动排屑装置的整体装置是由运送切屑的输送装置,分离装置和传动装置组成;其中输送装置包括了链传动的设计计算,分离装置包括了刮板链与磁性材料的设计计算,而传动装置中含有电机的选择,带传动的设计计算与减速器的设计计算。并对关键的零部件进行强度校核,例如链轮轴与轴承的强度校核,减速器中齿轮与齿轮轴的强度校核。对装置的输送装置的箱体与减速器箱体进行了设计计算。
本装置是将刮板式与磁式的排屑机进行融合设计,从而更好地加强处理不同切屑的能力,相较于以前的机器类型有更高的效率。

Abstract
With the progress of the information age, the application of CNC machine tools is more and more common.And the processing of chip and cutting fluid produced by CNC machine tool in machining workpiece has become a problem that needs to be solved.Automatic chip removal device is designed for: better separation of chip and cutting fluid.So as to better achieve automatic flow operations, reduce the consumption of manpower.
This design is to CK6140 CNC lathe automatic chip removal device design calculation.The main contents of this design are: according to the CK6140 CNC lathe chip produced on the overall scheme of the automatic chip removal device design, determine the CK6140 CNC lathe automatic chip removal device of the overall device is composed of conveying device, separation device and transmission device;The conveying device includes the design and calculation of the chain drive, the separation device includes the design and calculation of the scraper chain and the magnetic material, and the transmission device contains the choice of the motor, the design and calculation of the belt drive and the design and calculation of the reducer.And the key parts of the strength check, such as sprocket shaft and bearing strength check, reducer gear and gear shaft strength check.The box body of conveying device and the box body of reducer are designed and calculated.
This device is designed to integrate scraper type and magnetic type chip removal machine, so as to better strengthen the ability to deal with different chips, compared to the previous machine type has a higher efficiency.
