摘要
近年来,中国的果蔬加工业发展势头强劲,不仅在国内市场上占据了重要地位,而且在国际市场上也展现出巨大的竞争力。这一行业的发展,与国家政策的支持、科技进步的推动、市场需求的增长以及消费者健康意识的提升密切相关。随着健康生活,绿色生活的理念的流行,越来越多的人们开始关注饮食健康,一种新型的果蔬榨汁机应运而生。目前,市面上流行的榨汁机主要是通过刀片切割水果,通过切割等方式提取果汁,但这种机器无法完全利用果蔬中的有效成分。本研究设计的是一款小型橙汁压榨机。其主要创新之处在于其半切橙子和对辊结构。橙子被切半后,通过两个方向旋转的辊轮,实现挤压橙子以提取果汁的效果。该装置主要由机架、辊轮、筛网、料斗、汁液收集器以及电机等部件构成。动力来源于电机,通过齿轮传动实现机械运作。设计简洁,材料普及,成本较低。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China's fruit and vegetable processing industry has a strong momentum of development, not only occupies an important position in the domestic market, but also in the international market to show great competitiveness in the international market. The development of this industry is closely related to the support of national policies, the promotion of scientific and technological progress, the growth of market demand and the promotion of consumer health awareness. With the popularity of the concept of green life, more and more people began to pay attention to healthy diet, and a new type of fruit and vegetable juicer came into being. At present, the popular juicer on the market mainly cuts fruit through razor blades and extracts fruit juice through cutting, but this machine can not fully use the active ingredients in fruits and vegetables. This study was designed as a small orange juice press. Its main innovation is its half-cut orange and the roller structure. After the orange is cut in half, the effect of squeezing the orange to extract the juice is achieved through the roller wheel rotating in two directions.
