花椒采摘机设计（含三维+二维+说明书）

摘要
再当今经济发展迅猛的年代里，人们的消费水平也在不断提高，对于物质文化的享受也越来越高，分析当今人们生活的一个状态主要是饮食文化以及娱乐文化占据人们生活的大部分时间，所以人们对于饮食文化一块是很有研究的，对于食品开发和创新，人们一直在不断改进和提升食品质量的道路上，所以对于当前的人们而言，他们更加注重所加工出来的熟食是美味的，而这些食品的美味度主要运用了各种调味品，其中包括了盐，味精，鸡精，辣椒，花椒等各种调味品，这些调味品直接影响到了食品的味道，所以对于现在人们的生活而言，调味品的需求量是很大的，本设计以特定的调味品花椒来作为研究对象，对该花椒的采摘工艺进行分析设计与研究，因为花椒在人们生活中的重要性，所以对花椒采摘技术的研究是很有必要的，这样就保证了对花椒能进行大量的采摘，从而保证了花椒能正常供应人们的需求，通过分析可以知道，花椒采摘技术的先进与否会直接影响到花椒的生产产量，所以对于花椒而言，能进行高效的采摘是很重要的，本设计中的花椒采摘机分析当今的采摘机进行对比分析设计，从而意图设计出一款能符合大众使用要求，且能保证采摘效果的花椒采摘机，本设计中的主要结构安排是首先分析该花椒采摘机的发展历史，然后分析它的发展现状，最后对现有的花椒采摘机的不足进行改进和创新，预设计出一款带负压吸式与机械手结合的花椒采摘机，然后分别对该花椒采摘机的动力输出部分，工作部分进行详细的设计与研究，最终通过SW三维制图软件得到该花椒采摘机一比一的模型设计，最后对该花椒采摘机的每一个零部件进行设计与研究，这样就共同构成了花椒采摘机的整体，这是对该花椒采摘机的整体设计研究。

ABSTRACT

In today's era of rapid economic development, people's consumption level is also constantly improving, and their enjoyment of material culture is also increasingly high, analysis of a state of today's People's life is mainly the Diet Culture and entertainment culture occupy most of people's life, so people for the Diet Culture is very well studied, for food development and innovation, people have been improving and improving the quality of food, so for the current people, they pay more attention to the processed cooked food is delicious, and these foods are delicious mainly used in a variety of condiments, including Salt, MSG, chicken essence, pepper, pepper and other spices, these spices directly affect the taste of food, so for people's lives now, spices demand is very large, this design takes the special seasoning Zanthoxylum Bungeanum as the research object, carries on the analysis design and the research to this Zanthoxylum Bungeanum's picking technology, because of the ZANTHOXYLUM Bungeanum's importance in people's life, therefore to the Zanthoxylum Bungeanum picking technology research is very necessary, this ensures that a large number of Zanthoxylum can be picked, thus ensuring that Zanthoxylum can normally supply people's demand. Through analysis, we can know that whether the advanced technology of Zanthoxylum picking will directly affect the production of ZANTHOXYLUM, therefore, for pepper, it is very important to be able to carry out efficient picking. The pepper picker in this design analyzes the present picker to carry on the comparative analysis design, thus intends to design a model that can meet the public use requirements, and can guarantee the picking effect of pepper picker, the main structure of this design is to first analyze the development history of pepper picker, and then analyze its development status, finally, the shortcomings of the existing pepper picker are improved and innovated. A pepper picker with negative pressure suction and a manipulator is designed in advance, and then the power output part of the pepper picker is analyzed, the working part carries on the detailed design and the research, finally through the SW three-dimensional mapping software obtains this ZANTHOXYLUM Bungeanum Harvester 1:1 model design, finally carries on the design and the research to this Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Harvester each part, this together constitutes the pepper picker as a whole, this is the pepper picker as a whole design research.

1.1花椒采摘机的发展现状
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对于生活和物质要求也越来越高，这样就促使人们在实际生活中对生活品质要求也越来越高，随着生活水平的提高，在食品领域一块，花椒的使用也更加广泛，人们喜欢花椒的麻辣味道，花椒不仅仅具有食用价值它甚至还具有一定的药用价值，花椒里面所符号的花椒素可以起到麻醉，行风以及抑菌和祛风除湿以及镇痛等功效，所以对于花椒的大量使用进而就会促进人们大量种植花椒，生产花椒，在这过程中不难发现，花椒树由于自身带有尖刺，故人工采摘起来是很麻烦的，包括到先如今，人们对花椒的采摘也在选用人工采摘，但是这样的采摘效果并不理想，一个人采摘一天他也采摘不到多少斤花椒，由下图1-1就可以清楚知道人工采摘的难度，而人的消费在不断的增加，所以对于花椒的使用就越来越广，而此时就需要研究出一款可以提高生产效率的花椒采摘机，这样才能保证花椒采摘顺利且高效的进行，在本设计中分析当今的花椒采摘机可以知道，花椒采摘机的使用会越来
