摘要
本设计是柴油机连杆加工工艺及夹具设计,连杆是柴油机至关重要的组成部分,它主要用来传递运动和力。连杆在复杂的外力作用下工作,很容易发生变形,这就需要连杆强度要高,质量要轻。
本设计安排了柴油机连杆加工工艺,首先分析了连杆的加工现状,确定了两套加工工艺路线,择了加工的定位基准,确定重要加工表面采用的加工方法以及加工步骤。然后计算了两端面和小头孔的加工余量,并进行工序尺寸的计算,验算了加工余量。进行了切削用量,切削速度等的计算,绘制并填写了工艺卡。
进行了磨结合面的磨床夹具的设计。对连杆的尺寸和形位要求进行分析,确定定位方案,选取了定位元件,进行定位误差的计算,确定了对刀元件,进行对刀尺寸的计算,计算了磨削力,确定夹紧力以及加紧方案,绘制了连杆零件图,磨床夹具体图,夹具装配图,以及夹具体三维图等。本次设计满足工作量,能够达到设计的标准要求。

ABSTRACT
The design of diesel engine connecting rod processing technology and fixture design .Connecting rod is an important part of diesel engine, is one of the important artifact transfer movement and force. The connecting rod works under the complicated external force, it is easy to deform, which requires high strength and light quality.
This design arranges the diesel engine connecting rod processing craft, first analyzes the connecting rod processing actuality, establishes two sets of processing craft route, chooses the processing localization datum, determine the important machining surface adopts the processing method and the processing step. Then calculate the machining allowance of both ends and small head holes, and calculate the working procedure size, check the machining allowance. The calculation of cutting dosage, cutting speed, etc. is carried out and the process card is drawn.
The grinding fixture design of the grinder-bonded surface is carried out. The dimension and shape of the connecting rod are analyzed, and the positioning scheme is determined. The positioning element is selected, the positioning error is calculated, the cutter element is calculated, the cutter size is calculated, the grinding force is determined, the clamping force is computed, the connecting rod parts drawing, the concrete drawing of the grinder clamp, the fixture assembly drawing, and the concrete 3d graph are drawn. This design meets the workload, can meet the design standard requirements.
