Abstract
The design of injection mold for the protective shell of the mobile phone is designed. The basic principle of injection molding is introduced. The processing technology of the parts of the plastic parts die and the method of assembling and applying the mould are introduced in detail. The calculation of various parameters of injection machine, the processing technology of parts, the structure of injection mold and the related calculation problems will be encountered. The design process of injection mold gating system, temperature control and setting out device is described in detail. In the process of designing the mould, the parts and assembly drawings were plotted by drawing software, and a series of parameters of the mold were designed and calculated.
There are many kinds of plastics, and there are many forming methods, such as injection molding, compression forming, pressing injection forming, extrusion forming, pneumatic and hydraulic forming, forming of foam plastic and so on. Among them, injection mold used in the mold is known as injection mold, referred to as injection mold, the most widely used. The most important step in the design is to determine the structure of the core and the cavity and the positioning and fixing methods. Besides, a die guiding mechanism and a cooling system release mechanism are also designed. Finally, draw up the manufacturing process, complete the assembly drawing of the die assembly and the main parts of the mold and the preparations of the moulded parts. Theory and practice the mold structure is reasonable, which can ensure the product quality and ultimately achieve the purpose and requirements of plastic injection mold design
