普通车床CA6140的控制系统设计
摘要
在经济和科技飞速发展的现在,机床产业不断向着高精度、高效率、低成本和智能化发展。然而,普通机床低成本、适应性强、维护方便等特点任使其在短期内有很大需求。CA6140普通车床使用非常广泛,约占车床类总数的65%,可以加工各种零件内外表面,端面和各种内外螺纹。
本文根据CA6140普通车床的技术参数,对C6140普通车床的控制系统和床头箱部分结构进行设计。
控制系统部分,经过控制要求分析和电路分析完成了电气原理图、电气接线图和相应元件的选择,并实现了传统接触器控制的宇龙机电仿真。在此基础上,对CA6140普通车床的控制系统进行PLC改造,提高其控制系统的可靠性,并同样完成宇龙仿真软件的仿真实现。
结构部分,根据已有的技术参数,对CA6140床头箱结构进行分析设计,并利用AUTOCAD软件绘制床头箱结构的二维装配(展开)图和学习CREO2.0软件并绘画床头箱三维图。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of economy and technology,the machine tool industry is developing toward high precision,high efficiency,low cost and intelligence.However,due to its cheap,high quality,universal and reliable advantages,the ordinary machine tools can not be completely replaced for a long time. CA6140,one of the horizontal lathes, has a wide range of processes, accounting for about 65% of the total number of lathe class, commonly used in processing inside and outside the various parts of the surface, the end of a variety of internal and external thread.
According to the technical parameters of ordinary lathe CA6140, the control system of ordinary lathe CA6140 and the structure of bedside box are analyzed and designed respectively in this paper.
Control system part, through the control requirements analysis and circuit analysis to complete the electrical schematic diagram, the electrical wiring diagram and the corresponding component selection, and to achieve the traditional contactor control with Yulong electromechanical simulation. On this basis, making a transformation of PLC for the CA6140 ordinary lathe control system to improve the reliability of its control system, and also completed Yulong simulation software simulation.
Structure parts, according to the existing technical parameters, analysis and design the CA6140 bedside box structure, and use AUTOCAD software to draw the two-dimensional structure of the bedside box structure (expansion) and learning CREO2.0 software and painting bedside box three-dimensional map.
