偏心轴
摘要
本文是有关偏心轴工艺步骤的说明和机床夹具设计方法的具体阐述。工艺设计是在学习机械制造技术工艺学及机床夹具设计后,在生产实习的基础上,综合运用所学相关知识对零件进行加工工艺规程的设计和机床夹具的设计,根据零件加工要求制定出可行的工艺路线和合理的夹具方案,以确保零件的加工质量。
据资料所示,偏心轴一般是通过偏心孔固定在电机旋转轴上,在电机启动时,做凸轮运动。因此广泛应用于汽车、发动机、泵等。在设计偏心轴机械加工工艺过程时要通过查表法准确的确定各表面的总余量及余量公差,合理选择机床加工设备以及相应的加工刀具,进给量,切削速度、功率,扭矩等用来提高加工精度,保证其加工质量。

Abstract
This paper is the description of the process steps of the eccentric shaft and the design method of the fixture. The process design is based on the production practice after learning the technology of mechanical manufacturing technology and the design of machine tool fixture, and on the basis of the production practice, the design of the machining process specification of the parts and the design of the fixture of the machine tool are combined, and the feasible process route and reasonable fixture scheme are formulated according to the processing requirements of the parts, so as to ensure the processing quality of the parts.
According to the data, the eccentric shaft is usually fixed on the rotating shaft of the motor through the eccentric hole, and the cam motion is done when the motor is started. Therefore, it is widely used in cars, engines, pumps and so on. In the process of designing eccentric shaft machining process, the total margin and tolerance of each surface should be accurately determined by looking up the table method, and the machining equipment of machine tool and the corresponding machining tool, feed quantity, cutting speed, power, torque and so on should be selected reasonably to improve the machining accuracy and ensure its machining quality.
