肥皂盒上盖的注塑模设计
摘要

注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。塑料模具的发展是随着塑料工业的发展而发展的。近年来,人们对各种设备和用品轻量化要求越来越高,这就为塑料制品提供了更为广阔的市常
本课题主要针对肥皂盒上盖的模具设计,所用的塑料为ABS,是常见的日用品。通过对塑料制件进行工艺的分析和比较,最终设计出一副注塑模。该课题从产品结构工艺性,具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计,同时并简单地编制模具的加工工艺。通过整个设计过程说明该模具能达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。根据题目设计的主要任务是肥皂盒上盖注塑模具的设计,也就是设计一副注塑模具来生产塑件产品,以实现自动化提高产量。针对塑件的具体结构,该模具是侧浇口的单分型面注射模具。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到盒盖的质量和加工工艺要求。
设计中参考了以往注射模具的设计经验,并结合制件性能,根据产品外形简化设计机构,并且运用AutoCAD、Solidworks等软件进行二维和三维的绘图,缩短了生产周期,获得良好的经济性能。

Abstract

The injection molding is one of thermoplastic formation main methods, may a formation shape complex model precisely. The plastic mold's development is develops alongwith the plastics industry development. In recentyears, the peoplewere getting higher and higher request to lightweight of each kind of equipment and the thing, this has provided a broader market for the plastic products.
The main topic is covered in injection mold design for the soap box above.the materials for the plastic parts is ABS,which is commonly found in our daily life,the soap box coveredwith a lightweight,long service life, low prices and so on.Through the process of plastic parts for analysis and comparison, the final design of an injection mold.The product mix from technology issues, and specific mold structure of the casting mold system, mold forming part of the structure, side pumped body, top of the system, cooling system,the choice of injection molding machine and related calibration parameters are detailed design, at the same time and developed a simple process dies. Through the entire design process that the mold can be achieved by the plastic parts processing requirements.One-mole-two-cavity gate are introduced in the guarantee the surface quality andvisual effect according to the plastic parts of the process characteristics.Plastic parts for the specific structure of the mold is the point of the one type injection mold surface.Shorten the cycle of the mold manufacturing.
This design references anciently experience of injection mould and combines characteristic of produce to project organization simplify the project organization. In order to shorten production cycle and obtain favorable efficiency, the two-dimension and three-dimension drawingswere finished by AutoCAD and Solidworks
