摘要
本次设计的题目为汽车支架弯曲件复合模和弯曲模—采用的材料是镀锌钢带,厚度为1mm。
本设计对模具设计思路以及结构特点进行了较全面的论述。结合模具发展现状以及冲压模具设计的主要技术,对汽车支架弯曲件进行了较详细的工艺分析;进行了冲压力、压力中心、模具工作部分尺寸等冲压工艺计算;对卸料装置、定位装置、导料装置等模具结构形式进行了选择;根据工艺计算结果以及模具结构,对模具主要零部件进行了设计;对压力机进行了合理选择。
由于汽车支架弯曲件结构一般,对称.对精密度要求一般,在设计过程中充分考虑到定位板中心轴孔的对称度要求,以及材料的平整度和模具的工作强度。为了提高生产率和保证工件的尺寸精度,所以决定采用复合模生产。根据冲片的结构,决定采用倒装式结构和弹性卸料,导料销导料,挡料销挡料。随后,在进行零件弯曲。因为本零件结构一般,弯曲工艺不难,可一次成型,但是由于零件尺寸较小,弯曲角度大,所以其弯曲凸模会很小,可能强度不够,需要进行讨论。
本次一共设计了两副模具,第一副为落料冲孔复合模,采用的是凸凹模和卸料板在下的倒装结构,凸模,凹模在上,冲孔废料直接从凸凹模的漏料孔掉下,制件卡在凹模中,由顶件器将产品从凹模中顶出,采用挡料销挡料,导料钉导料,卸料方式为弹性卸料,弹性元件为橡胶。
第二副模具为弯曲模,其对产品的定位为定位板,凸模在上,产品向上弯曲,角度为180度,需要进行矫正弯曲,且冲压速度不可过快,否则将会使其中一侧由于惯性导致了不需要的弯曲。

The bending die structure should be selected according to the shape, accuracy requirements and production batch.

In this design, the die design idea and structure characteristics are discussed more comprehensively. Combinedwith the development status of die and the main technology of stamping die design, the strut member motor support is analyzed in detail. The stamping process calculation of ram pressure, pressure center, die parts size, etc.; The die structure of the unloading device, positioning device, stock guide device is selected; According to the process calculation results and die structure, the main parts and components are designed; The reasonable choice of press.
Because of the general structure of the claw pole motor support, the precision requirement is higher, fully considered the symmetry requirements of the Rotor/stator center shaft hole in the design process, and the flatness and theworking strength of the mold. In order to improve the productivity and ensure the size accuracy of the lamination, the compound die is used. According to the structure of lamination, the flip-over type structure and elastic unloading, daoliaoxiao stock guide, stop pin dangliao. Subsequently, the part is bent. Because of the structure of this part, bending process is not difficult, can be formed once, but to reduce the number of parts. The springback is reduced by adjusting the bending method.
