摘要
在人们的日常生活中,塑料产品的应用随处可见,大到我们家用的冰箱,洗衣机,小到家庭用筷子和碗。都有塑料模具的影子。本以DVD外壳面板为原型进行塑料模具的设计,包括其材料成型工艺的分析,分型面的选择,浇筑系统的设计,以及最后的注塑机的校核计算和注射量的计算等等,本文采用自上而下的模具设计方法,通过理论联系实际的工作方法,设计出合理的DVD外壳面板注塑模具。
本文设计的内容就是DVD外壳面板注塑模具,材料为ABS,根据其结构形状特点以及通过对DVD外壳面板成型工艺的正确分析,同时本文对注塑模具进行简要介绍,对注塑模具中的主要零件进行设计计算,在设计过程中着重考虑其生产实际中的经济性和合理性。

Abstract

The processing of products.Referred to as the plastic parts.plastic molding products arewidely used.Especially in the electronic instrument electrical equipment,communication tools,etc to obtain a large number of applications. such as all kinds of stress are shell stents structure decoration.Based process equipment as the main production of plastic products of plastic mold.occupies an important position in national economy mould technology has also become to plastic molding is an important method.it is mainly suitable for thermoplastic molding.and can be a complicated shape of precision plastic forming parts is the adsl surface shell as a design model.This paperwill be injection mold related knowledge as the basis.the overall design process of plastic injection mould are expounded.
Design the content of this article is shell of plastic injection mould,materials for ABS.According to the shape of the structure characteristics and through the analysis of the right across the shell molding process,determine the overall distribution of cavity choose the parting surface determine the demouldingway.The design of gating system,etc.
