三维零件图
摘要
加工中心是现代加工车间最重要的装备,可通过NX软件三维造型完成数控编程并导入加工中心进行加工。现代的NX、制造技术,都是建立在数控技术之上的。掌握现代数控技术知识是现代数控技术专业学生必不可少的。
本次设计包括四章,第一章介绍了数控加工技术国内外发展现状;第二章介绍了零件,第三章介绍包括毛坯分析、机床的选择、加工顺序的确定、刀具的选择等;第四章基于UG的NC编程加工。我希望能通过这次设计对自己未来将从事的工作进行一次适应性训练,从中锻炼自己分析问题、解决问题的能力。由于个人能力所限,设计尚有许多不足之处,恳请老师给予指导。

Abstract
The machining center is the most important modern processing plant equipment, through the NX software to complete the three-dimensional modeling of NC programming and machining center imported for processing. Modern NX manufacturing technology, are built on the technology in the NC. Master modern CNC technology knowledge is essential to professional students of modern CNC technology.
This graduation design includes four chapters, the first chapter introduces the current situation of the development of CNC machining technology at home and abroad; the second chapter introduces the parts, the third chapter including blank analysis, machine tool selection, determine the processing order, tool selection; the fourth chapter is based on the NC programming and processing of UGI hope that through the design of an adaptive training of their futurework, exercise itself to analyze the question, the ability to solve problems. Due to the limited ability, there are still many deficiencies in the design, ask the teacher to give guidance.
