u型卡片零件的冲压工艺和模具设计说明书
摘要:在人民生活日渐提高的前提之下,模具行业也水涨船高,人们的生产生活之中对于产品的要求越来越高,这使得现在的冲压模具行业面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。模具分为注塑模具,冲压模具以及压铸模具等等大类,其中冲压模具的占比非常之大,我们在日常生活之中看到的大多数的金属板和金属件之类的零件都能够使用冲压模具技术生产制造,所以现在的大环境之下无疑对我们从事冲压的技术人员来说是一个绝佳的机会。
分析本次设计的工件为U形卡片,该工件为U形弯曲类型,没有其他的特殊结构比如拉深等,需要使用到的工序有落料和冲孔和弯曲。然后需要对工件结构性进行分析,确定出适合的模架类型,比如复合模或级进模等,最终设计采用了一套落料冲孔复合模具和一套单工作顺序弯曲模具。继而实行构造图设想..平面陈设图是冲压模具设想的基石,决定了该料带是前后送料还是左右送料最终决定模架的形式,确定了采用后侧导柱模架的设计方案。然后对工件的冲压力进行了详细的计算,并且选择出了合适的压力机,最后通过对刃口尺寸进行计算,设计出了模具的凸模,凹模,凸凹模,以及卸料板固定板等等,最终对模具整体进行整合,利用cad二维软件对模具整体装配图以及零件图进行了绘制,整理出说明书,并且进行了最后总结。

Abstract:With the improvement of people's life,the mold industryis also rising.People's production and life have higher and higher requirements for products,which makes the current stamping mold industryface great opportunities and challenges.Mold is divided into injection mold,stamping mold and die-casting mold and so on.Among them,the proportion of stamping mold isverylarge.Most of the metal plates and metal partswe see in our dailylife can be manufactured bystamping mold technology.Therefore,in the current environment,it is undoubtedlyan excellent opportunityfor our stamping technicians.
Analysis of the design of theworkpiece for the U-shaped card,theworkpiece for U-shaped bending type,no other special structure,such as deep drawing,etc.,need to use the process of blanking and punching and bending.Thenwe need to analyze the structure of theworkpiece to determine the suitable type of mold base,such as compound die or progressive die.Finally,a set of blanking punching compound die and a set of singleworking sequence bending die are adopted in the design.The layout plan is the cornerstone of the stamping die design,which determineswhether the material belt is fed from front to back or from left to right,and finallydetermines the form of the mold base,and determines the design scheme of using the rear guide pillar mold base.Then,the punching force of theworkpiece is calculated in detail,and the appropriate press is selected.Finally,through the calculation of the cutting edge size,the punch,die,punch and die,aswell as the fixed plate of the discharge plate of the die are designed.Finally,thewhole die is integrated,and the overall assemblydrawing and part drawing of the die are drawn byusing CAD two-dimensional software,and the instructions are sorted out Book,and a final summary.
