3T龙门皮革下料机总体设计及传动系统设计
摘要:本课题来源于企业中,主要完成龙门皮革下料机的总体设计和传动系统的设计。设备的最大分切力为3T,最高频次为30次/min,工作台尺寸为(L*W)1200*800mm。龙门皮革下料机主要适用于各种皮革、塑料、橡胶等行压成型,以机械代替手工开裁坯料之用。该设备要求冲裁速度快、压力大,位移精度高,生产效率高、噪音低,操作方便,性能可靠等特点。该设备主要通过带传动及二级齿轮传动带动曲柄滑块机构运动,通过曲柄滑块机构将旋转运动转变为直线运动,使上工作台作往复上下直线运动。驱动元件采用三相异步交流电动机。在设计中利用带传动和斜齿轮传动,提高传动的平稳性。另外配有蜗轮蜗杆机构,其主要是起调节上压盖的行程的作用。在满足设计要求的前提下降低了成本,且满足下料分切干燥要求,工作行程调整方便,适合大批量生产。

The Design of the Overall and Transmission System of 3T Gantry Raw Material Machine for Cutting Leather
Abstract: This design comes from enterprise. This design mainly completes the design of the overall and transmission system of 3T gantry raw material machine for cutting the leather. The equipment’s the biggest cutting force is 3T, the highest movement frequency is 30 times one minute, the size of work table is: (L*W) 1200*800mm.Gantry raw material cutting machine is applicable to line pressing and moulding for all kinds of materials like leather, plastics and rubber, that can cut raw materials by machine instead of hand make. Its feature is the higher precision displacement, the higher pressure , the higher production efficiency, the lower noise .It is equipped with mechanic gear running and electric button .Its reliable performance contributes to the safe and convenient operation . It mainly through the belt transmission and two levels of gear drive impetus crank slide organization movement, through the crank slide organization to turn on lathe the transportation to turn becomes the translation about, then cause the work table to make the straight reciprocating main motion. The actuates part is three asynchronous motors .The designing belt transmission and the bevel-gear transmission that enhance the transmission the stability. Moreover it has the worm gear organization that mainly function is adjusted the gland the traveling schedule . in satisfies the design request under the premise its cost is the lower, also satisfied the yummy treats minute to cut the dry request , the power stroke can advantageous for the adjustment and mass production.
