椰子去皮机设计
摘要
该阐述的是椰子自动去皮机的原理和计算的过程和详情。首先对于机器的总体结构设计进行阐述,以及总体方案设计的一些计算;包括机器中水平进给移动机构的设计,涉及了丝杆的选择以及零件的校核还有电机的挑选;进给移动机构的设计、计算和校核。本针对该机器的主要工作机构和去皮方式,进行了运动学与动力学的分析。所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种去皮机,相对于现有去皮机,它的机械结构紧凑,具有竞争力,更便于维修与清理,能够满足更多的生产加工需求,结构性能更良好,机构可工作时间更长,零件具有互换性,稳定性更好,生产效率更高。其中自动去皮机构的设计代替了传统的人工去皮工序,对于提高去皮效率,提高产品生产合格率,减轻工人的劳动强度和保障工人生产安全具有显着的效果。在本次机械设计过程中比较了不同的设计方案,选取了具有实际生产可操作的,理论上可行的最优方案。
本次设计目的是为了了解椰子自动去皮机的工作原理,结构性能及其功能作用,设计出满足使用要求的专用椰子自动去皮机。本次专用椰子自动去皮机的设计主要内容有:传动机构的设计与计算;去皮机动力源的选择与参数设计;传动系统中传动比的分配;对去皮机系统各轴转速、功率、转矩进行计算;各轴的结构设计及其计算;绘制轴的结构图。同时本文对国内外去皮技术进行了比较,比较国内与国外的技术差距。同时,本文试图采用新的技术手段,如技术进行新方案的设计。

Abstract
This paper explains the principle and calculation process and details of the coconut automatic peeling machine. Among them, the design of automatic peeling mechanism replaces the traditional manual peeling process, which has a significant effect on improving the peeling efficiency, improving the product production qualification rate, reducing the labor intensity of workers and ensuring the production safety of workers. In this mechanical design process, different design schemes are compared, and the optimal scheme that is practically feasible and theoretically feasible is selected.
