塑料盆注塑模具设计
摘要
模具是工业生产中的重要工艺装备,模具工业是国民经济各部门发展的重要基础之一。随着机械工业,电子工业,航空工业,仪器仪表工业和日常用品工业的发展,塑料成型制件的需求量越来越多,质量要求也越来越高,就要求成型塑件模具的开发,设计与制造的水平也必须越来越高。
本设计详细的论述了塑料盆注射模具设计及其工艺分析。首先对塑料盆的制件结构,所用塑料的材质特点及其成型工业进行了充分分析,对塑料盆的整个成型过程有充分了解,为下一步的模具设计提供参考依据,保证模具结构设计的合理性。然后确定注射机的型号,模具的分型面和型腔的数量,针对塑件所设计的型芯与型腔,确定其合理的浇注系统与排溢系统,再后就是设计温度调节系统,合模导向机构,推出机构。完成以上设计,选取合理的模架,对模具主要零件的制作进行工艺分析,最后完成整个模具设计。
本设计使用UG三维软件对塑件进行三维建模,模具分型及其所有机构的设计,通过UG的制图模块导出CAD文件,同时使用AutoCAD进行必要的二维修改,制图,最终完成整个模具设计。

Abstract
Mold is the important process equipment in the industrial production,the mold industry is an important foundation for the development ofvarious sectors of the national economy. With the development of machinery industry, electronic industry, aviation industry, Instrument industry, and daily supplies industrial, plastic molding parts is demanded more and more, increasingly high quality requirements, requires molding plastic mold development, the level of design and manufacturing must be increasingly high.
This design are discussed mold design and process analysis of the plastic pots injection in detail. Firstly, fully analyze the parts structure of the plastic pots, plastic material characteristics and molding industry, a full understanding of the entire molding process of the plastic pots, provide a reference for the next mold design, to ensure the rationality of the mold structure design. And then determine the model of the injection molding machine, mold parting surface, and the number of cavity, through the design of core and cavity for the plastic parts to determine reasonable pouring system and the platoon overflows system, and then design the temperature control system, matched molds guide structure and ejecting structure of the mould. Completion of the above design, selecting appropriate mold, the mold parts production process analysis, to finalize the mold design.
This design use UG three-dimensional software to build three-dimensional modeling of plastic parts, the mold parting and the design of all its institutions, By UG mapping module to export CAD files and also use AutoCAD modify the two-dimensional mapping, finally complete the entire mold design.
