数控机床液压站设计

摘要
数控机床因为加工精度高、自动化水平高、工作强度低、生产效率高等一系列特点而使得普遍的运用。和普通机床不同的是,在数控机床上加工不要更换不同的模具、夹具等,它只需要输入不同的程序就能完成不同零件的加工。因而,数控机床适用于所加工的零件频繁改换的场所,亦即合适单件,小批量产品的生产及新产品的开发,从而缩短了生产预备周期,节省了大批工艺装备的费用。数控机床液压站是为数控机床液压系统提供动力的装置。它将机械能转换为液压能传递到液压油缸中从而控制了液动机,推动各种液压机械做功。

Abstract
CNC machine tools arewidely used due to high machining accuracy, high automation, low labor stress and high production efficiency. Machining parts on CNC machine tools mainly depends on the processing program,which is different from ordinary machine tools. It does not need to be made, and many molds and fixtures are replaced. Therefore, numerical control machine is suitable for the parts manufactured by frequent change of situation,which is suitable for single piece and small batch production and the development of new products, so as to shorten the production preparation cycle, save the cost of a large number of process equipment. The hydraulic station of nc machine tool is the device that provides power for the hydraulic system of nc machine tool. It converts mechanical energy into hydraulic fluidwhich can be transferred to the hydraulic cylinder to control the fluid motivation, and to push all kinds of hydraulic machinery to dowork.
